I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Jack twice now. The first time was when I needed to activate a new phone number after requesting a new number for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Jack was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and he made sure the issue was resolved before I left.
The second time, Jack helped me with transitioning from Apple to Samsung. We placed an order for the phone I wanted, and I was notified when it arrived. Even though something came up on the same day, Jack was flexible with the timing. I went to Verizon at 7 PM, and I’m so grateful that Jack didn’t rush me out; he stayed with me and assisted until the data transfer from my Apple device to the Samsung was completed.
I highly recommend Jack for any future questions, concerns, or assistance you might need!

My go to Verizon Cellular Sales person is Izzy. I first met her in the Broadway location and she really deserves to be commended for her remarkable service. She is dedicated to her job and very helpful & attentive with all my needs as a customer. I liked her so much that when I got an upgrade this year, I followed her all the way to the location where she is stationed now because she provides excellent service and makes sure she takes care of me.
I got a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra....she looked for it with the help of her "back of the office manager" who ordered it for me from North Carolina. Apparently that was the one location where they had the color I wanted with the 512GB. I wanted the gold one and they only had it in one place...in the east coast. So they got it for me just in a week's time. I'm very happy with the service this location provided me, specifically Izzy...my forever go-to-Verizon Cellular sales person!!
Thank you so much Izzy!!! I highly recommend you to everybody!! She is such a lovely person too!

Going on over 5 years with Verizon and the San Pedro location being our go to store we have always had okay customer service. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Demarco last week and he was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail and just overall customer service was above and beyond. Hence the 5 star review today. He asked questions and made sure to meet our business needs and took care of us. He as well followed up and made sure we were happy with the additional product we added to our plan. Thank you Demarco, it’s employees like you that build a successful and reputable company.

I had a great experience with Jack at Cellular Sales. He went the extra mile serving me. He explained all the details needed for new business cellular service and helped smooth over all the rough spots. I highly recommend him and all the staff there for their outstanding service!

Worst place in San Antonio to do Verizon business. Staff is friendly but independent policies are trash. Avoid at all costs.
