we received wonderful service today from Izzy getting an apple watch to work with our Verizon plan. We had spoken with the online supportand had no luck. it was wonderful to work with a patient, knowledgeable human. thanks so much Verizon staffer Izzy!

Had an amazing experience upgrading my phone today with the help of Jordan! She was quick with all of the transactions and whole process of transferring to the new phone! Greatly appreciate all of her help! She also answered a lot of silly questions!Killed adding the screen protector, can’t even tell its there!

The service here is rubbish. Very irresponsible. I can't believe it. Especially the manager. It is even more unbelievable. He has not fulfilled his responsibilities as a manager at all. I came to deal with other matters and actually disconnected my mobile phone from the Internet. He told me it had nothing to do with him. Then he didn't help me restore my mobile phone network.

DeMarco Serrano, salesman extraordinaire, went over and beyond to help me with the purchase of my new iphone. He even volunteered to set up my bluetooth in my car so that I could instantly use my new phone there as well. I had a million questions for DeMarco and he answered all of them with patience and clarity. I wish I could take him with me to everywhere I was going to make a purchase of anything. He is an exceptional sales representative! Verizon is a lucky company.

My dad needed a new phone. We have a great 3 line plan and his Google phone finally quit working.Jack promptly greeted us at the door, we told him the issue, he took a look at all phone settings and confirmed he needed a new phone.Jack recommended we bring back some of the various phones we owned and he was able to give us an additional savings of $250 which we were able to apply to new iPhone and our bill.Exemplary service, knowledge, and efficiency all in one visit transferring a phone and syncing all data on Apple ID.Awesome experience with location and Jack! Highly recommend!

Went to Verizon to get up my new iPad, a sales woman by the name of Izzy Astorga Amazcua set up my iPad and charged me right there for the activation fee. Then never even sent me the actual receipt to my email nor my VERIZON ACCOUNT. Luckily I had a paper receipt for when Verizon charged me on my Phone bill for the ACTIVATION FEE AGAIN. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IZZY ASTORGA AMAZCUA.

Today I experienced the worst service ever from a lady named Izzy. I walked in and as soon as I just did that she was already sighing as she didn't want to help one but. Everything seemed like a problem to her and she continued to be rude I finally stated that I would be taking my stuff somewhere else because of how rude and she continued to be rude. Not apologizing one bit.
