Horrible! Came in to pick up equipment from an online home internet order with an online only promo. The associate created a new in store order without telling me what he was doing and gave me a router. Which created a second plan on my bill. I later found out from support that the new order was ineligible for the promo freebies. I later came back to get it fixed. A different associate arrived late at open and claimed they dont do online equipment pick-up orders even though their store is listed online and to call support. I had to call support and be on the phone for 30 minutes to get my issue resolved because the store associates were of 0 help. That's on top of me losing 3+ hours of sleep on a work day from having to visit the store and try to get my promo on the last day before it ends. I will never visit this location again.

They said they would open at 9am, I arrived around 9:30 and then again at 12:30 and they were still closed. I was told to come pick up my phone order the day before, this is unacceptable and a waste of my time to make multiple trips just for this store to be closed.

Been sitting outside this location since 10am to pick up a phone I paid for through Verizon app. It’s now 12:12pm and I have seen numerous customers try to get help and no employee is inside and no posted sign or contact as to why. This is how Verizon is represented. Wow. Neighboring businesses say employee just comes and goes when he wants. Verizon should definitely pull there authorized retailer name from this establishment

DON’T come here. They didn’t even check anything on my account to see if I qualified for the iPhone trade in and I called Verizon and they said I didn’t. I returned my iPhone 15 Pro (which has horrible battery life by the way), as they charged me the restocking fee, even though it was their fault they didn’t check my account.. so I went next door to AT&T and they were able to look and ask me about where I worked and now I’m getting a discount. I might be getting my family to switch over too since it’s cheaper AND AT&T gets better signal here in town. Verizon gets horrible service at the rim area and Leon Valley area.

So I called to ask about switching over from a different provider to Verizon. I was asking questions in regard to the process, pricing for adding a line for a business, as well as a tablet.The unknowledgeable and improperly trained staff member who answered the phone when I called hung up when I asked for clarification on whether or not iPads needed a service line as well. She didn’t say her name when she answered.When I asked at first she said no it wasn’t required, then said yes for $20 a month I would have the data, then she said it wasn’t required. That left me confused and then she hung up and no one answered when I called back.Who does that!? Does corporate know their brand is being represented this way?Who trained this employee? Management can check who was working on 5/26/23 at 5:16pm then proceed to properly train her. Employees like this are the reason why businesses lose money.GO TO THE VERIZON ON12822 W I-10 Frontage RdINSTEAD! They are friendly & well informed.

This is a 3rd part store which charges for services.They charged $35 to activate a sim, which is free in verizon store, once done they said I need to pay for service fee as this is a third party store.They should have told before.

Said iPhone 14 was 1000, but charged 1010. I upgraded iPhone 12 to iPhone 14. Was told $400 promotion but guess what I trusted them. ProMotion entered was $5 Motorola that I never even used. Went back to get an updated receipt.m, and the manager and James (sales associate) were rude and asked me to leave the premises. Called Leon valley police department and filed a case. Called Verizon reporting fraud. Be very careful, these guys will defraud you if you dont pay attention. Rico sale associate never even entered my promotion of iPhone 12 return. He said I had Motorola for $5. I am reporting this to appropriate authorities with recipes that says inappropriate info to the authorities. Feel free to contact me for detail. Please go elsewhere. These are scammers and if you catch them they will give you a headache or else if you don't catch them they take your money. Stay away from James and Rico sale associates. They tried to defend themselves and tell me how finance works. Rico said why I am making a fuss out of extra $10; too bad these guys will always stay sales associate making minimum wage starving for life. I wish people like these dishonest and unprofessional lose their jobs. Will officially fine against James who gave me his writing.

I had just gotten my iPhone 14 pro max. I went here to transfer my old phone data to the new phone. I had to come back because imessage wasn’t working yesterday. This was not a Verizon issue it’s most likely the phone adjusting it’s self to data and updates. I want to thank you Valentino for helping me and staying a-bit over his time to make sure everything ran smooth! I really appreciated!

Not a Verizon corporate store ... it's an authorized dealer. Big difference. Employees don't know their product very well. Displays are not very desirable. Only accessories are displayed.

My husband & I got the new iPhone 14 pro max phones. If it wasn’t for Elizabeth’s help I don’t know where we’d be. It was hard for me to get the phone’s activated myself & calling customer service was a mess & I was transferred over & over with no luck. My husband brought the phones in yesterday to this location & Elizabeth helped my husband which was a long process, but she got the job done! Thank you Elizabeth for helping my husband activate these phones! ❤️
