Stephen at the dezavala store helped our family out with new phones. I have had issues viewing our bill and needed help with clarification. I reached out back to Stephen at the store and he was do patient with me and helped me out tremendously. I know any future issues I have or purchased I need to make Stephen will be the person we go to for help. I first met Stephen in Nov. and he helped me get my bill paid. He kept in touch to see if he could help us and we finally were able to come into the store in April. I am so grateful to now have a person I can go to for our Verizon purchases and issues.

Went in with a broken phone and was helped by Kalani. Process was super easy and lax getting an upgrade plus he helped me get a deal on the new phone. Really recommend this place.

My sister and brother in law went to the 12822 W Interstate 10 location and were helped by Armando Ortiz. My sister and brother in law are in their mid 70's and are a bit intimidated by technology. They had a phone that they were having issues with and Armando was on deck to help them out. Armando heard their concern and looked for the best option to help. They had concerns and decided to call me to ask for advise. Armando also joined in the conversation and explained in detail as well as their options, after a few moments it was advised to have it repaired as they only had 6 months remaining on their contract.
Armando had given me his phone number if my sister should have any questions. Well, that evening my sister had a question and I decided to text Armando to get a response the next day. (This was around 9pm). To my shock Armando texted back with an answer and mentioned he would be up for a bit if I had any other questions. I responded back for him to enjoy his time off and I will go by in the morning. His response was I will be at work at 9am to answer any questions. I arrived with my brother-in-law the next morning and as soon as we walked in he greeted me by my name and acknowledged my brother in law and he would be with us when he is done with the customer he was helping. He finished with his customer (elderly women) who he walked to her car and returned and immediately answered all questions we had on the replacement that is being mailed to my sister. He mentioned he would help move all the contacts over to the new phone as needed and answer any additional questions they may have.
With customer service in todays world is nearly non existent, Armando Ortiz is a valued employee for Verizon and although he is young in age he shows the maturity and grace far exceeding his age.
I have been a customer of Sprint/ AT&T for over 20 years, but have been looking to switch and Verizon and Armando are on the top of my list.
Great job young man..

The set-up fee of $35 was not discussed beforehand, neither was adding $20/month protection to my plan. Frankly, nothing was discussed beforehand—no prices, no explanations of what they were doing, no explanations of what this meant for me. It was just surprise bills. It also took forever for some reason. It would have been much faster and cheaper to buy my phone online.

Went to visit Verizon in the colonnade and had a horrible experience . Gave me the runaround and wasn’t very attentive to me . Came to visit this location and was immediately greeted by Kalani . Someone came by & had given waters 5 minutes upon sitting . Kalani was patient as I explained my issue and quickly resolved it . Got me in and out with a brand new phone in 30 minutes . Great customer service here at this location . 10/10 recommend !!!! Thank you so much !!

Beyond the relaxed atmosphere Steven, Armando & Derrick were very friendly & professional. They greeted me & the homie like we we’re all friends before taking 5 star care of the situation we came in for, & offered us ice cream which was the cherry on top because I was super stoned.

I went to many different Verizon locations in San Antonio, Texas area & none of the reps were really helpful or willing to help me to fix the problem I had for over a week with my phone.
After almost giving up & ready to take my business somewhere else to a different carrier, I decided to give it one last try to the location over I-10 & DeZavala Rd & bingo!!!
Since we opened the door felt the difference.
A very nice gentleman came immediately to ask how he could assist us... KALANI ALBARICO did an amazing job... He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable & did all the possible & impossible to fix my phone & get it back to work.
I want to thank & recommended KALANI to anyone that needs a new phone or needs help with service plans or a phone.
For now on I won't go anywhere else but this location at DeZavala Rd 78249
