My original protective screen finally had some damage. I do not take my phone with me everywhere, or pretty much anywhere. Somebody was taking a video when the damage incurred. Took it to Verizon for a replacement screen which cost $65 and it's already worse then my previous protective screen.

I walked in today to ask about the new plan my fiancé and I started the day before. To reiterate, we have been customers for literally one day. We spoke to Mario. For the entire time he spoke to us, he was rude, unhelpful, and talked down to us. Every question we asked him, he would not answer straight or he would answer with a condescending attitude. He had no tact and absolutely talked us out of being Verizon customers after 1 day. If you are thinking about getting a Verizon plan in San Antonio and you're expecting 5g, temper your expectations. You won't get it anywhere near as often or in as many places as they claim on their coverage map. If you ask a store rep like Mario about it, they'll probably tell you what he told us, that they can't guarantee any amount of 5g on your 5g plan, you just get it whenever their towers aren't failing. This is what he told us without even looking up our account or doing anything but talking. I'm not sticking around to see how often their towers don't work. But I am looking forward to speaking to Mario's supervisor. Stay away from Verizon and if you have any self respect, because Mario won't respect you and Verizon doesn't care about you if you're not a business.

Fantastic experience honestly I’ve never had a better experience in customer service made it so easy and got me exactly what I wanted. came in to upgrade my phone and had a wonderful experience with Gisselle. She made sure she broke down every cost going into my account and also got me a free upgrade. Not only that but she also transferred all my information which I was afraid to do, since I’ve had bad experiences in the past.

Do NOT go to this location. Worst customer service ever. Nothing was explained to me and now my bill is over double. Giselle has zero customer service skills. No communication what so ever. I regret choosing Verizon entirely

Waited 15 mins for assistance then left because no one gave a damn to help. It's not even a real Verizon store. Go to The Rim instead.

Poorly Trained Staff. The Manager knows less than her employees. Jay should be promoted to Manager. This might qualify them for 3 stars. Not sure that his name is really Juan, but this clown has a real IDGAF attitude.

Ernest has been able to help my entire family with my upgrade and phone needs. He was very helpful our last visit and is the only person I trust that doesn't feel like we're being rushed into making decisions we aren't ready for. Our last visit he was very helpful in getting protection services and additional lines for the family and our needs. If you want someone who is going to be upfront and honest about their services, as well as get you the best deal, ask for Ernest.

Henry Romero represents among the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced. He works at the Verizon store located at 9123 N Loop 1604 W. Ste 105. I had issues with upgrading my iPhone and retrieving the passcode to access my email. On both occasions, Henry helped with a smile and gave me the confidence that my issues were going to be resolved. He researched, troubleshot, and resolved both of my problems. At times, when things were not working out, Henry maintained a smile and had the most patience to deal not only with me but in finding a permanent solution to my problems. Thanks to him, I was able to upgrade my iPhone with all my photos and App successfully and I was able to save the email account that I have had for years. His overall performance was outstanding. Thank you!!

Jonathan was the type of representative I would like to assist me all the time. He was so patient with me when I couldn’t remember my passwords. I had many questions and he answered every one of them to my satisfaction. An asset to Verizon.

Henry made it an easy transition from AT&T for our whole family. He ensured we got the best plan and trade-in deals. He also stayed late as we transferred data from the old devices to the new ones.

Anthony was awesome! A real gentleman with old school ideals. As he navigated between us and a another customer, he made sure to let us know he’d be right back with us. Not once did we feel neglected. On the contrary we came in around 600 pm unaware that closing was at 7:00. We stayed there beyond closing to set up new devices, and never once did he complain or show in his demeanor that he was bothered! Upon leaving, we said to him that we will be sending over friends and family to him. Great experience!

Brought a brand new verizon locked samsung note 10+ here a few weeks ago. They had a lot of trouble setting up the phone and when they did they told me that I would only have to pay $5 for the Sim card. No activation fee or otherwise. Here I am two weeks later with a $35 activation fee on my account and no student discount after I requested and set up the discount so it would be applied. Some serious bs.. I was hesitant about doing verizon because I heard they're overpriced and have shotty customer service. I regret my decision.
