According, to Verizon accepts various government-issued photo IDs, including:
Valid Driver's License
State-issued Identification Card
Military Identification Card
Passport or Passport Card . The person that gave me the phone I ordered didn't want to see my debit card which I was informed to bring with via the phone representative. He also didn't want to expect my Military I.D. even though the website clearly says Verizon does. He doesn't understand that my military I.D. is a federal I.D. because he stated," Just to be on the safe side"... Whatever that means. This is a great opportunity for retraining. Everyone stay safe and have a great Navy day.

I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Walter's help. He helped me troubleshoot my broken router and assisted me in securing a new one at no additional cost. He ensured my old device was properly disconnected so I wouldn't be double billed. He also helped me validate my military status so I could receive the a military discount, rather than simply leave it to me to get the run around on the website or customer service center. He did this all while staying late and never grew impatient with the process.

This is a corporate location and they don’t even know their own policies. I was told I would be given a 30 day free trial to test out equipment but a new rule was implemented 01/2025 that got rid of the 30 day free trial and just charged me immediately. I was not expecting this increased bill since I had returned the equipment within 10 days and was told I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. (The equipment was bad)
I told corporate I was given the wrong information by 3 different employees, including the manager and I was told to kick rocks basically.

Rude, condescending and not helpful. Never going to that location ever. As a matter of fact going to look into a new carrier. Perhaps ATT or T-Mobile. Maybe having 8 personal devices and business a account is not good enough for servicing. Do not recommend these knuckleheads. Period!

The worst experience I've ever had with any carrier that i have everrrrr been through i go in to get a phone they added so many charges to my account added a line after me fully specifying I just needed a phone i come in during my lunch to see why they say sorry can't do much you should've know that we have to have a line with a new phone you can return the phone but we're still gonna charge you save your money and just go to tmobile

i just brought my own phone paid my bill all up front and found out the some add a phone too my account with me knowing i was removed and i only had verzion for 3 days because i found a better deal i got most of my refund but i am still missing most of my refund and my next bill said i have a refund because i transfer my number and they keep on dodging my calls too not even give me a refund do not trust verzion they might add phone with out u know like and i even paid my all up front

I'm greatly disappointed in my experience here. When I got my new phone last May, the store connected a family member's line to my phone. We had to call customer service to get it fixed, however, I still am unable to call this family member from my phone.
I stopped in today in hopes of getting this fixed. The manager, Travis, ended up being the person to "help" me, and he started off with saying what is happening couldn't be happening. After trying various things and needing to reset things on my phone, I'm no closer to having it fixed. I was also told I didn't understand how things worked with phone and sim cards.
He is condescending, rude, and lacks the skill set to work with people. When giving him feedback, his response was, "That's just the way I am." He is not a good reflection of this company, nor should he be a manager. I haven't experienced such horrible customer service from any company in such a long time.
I'm shocked at how I was treated and how I was talked down to. Do yourself a favor and use another store.

I had an unfortunate experience with a customer service agent named Josh. While interacting with him, I witnessed him interrupting another customer in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. His tone was harsh, and he was dismissive of mine and customer's concerns, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As someone who values good customer service, I was disappointed by this behavior. Effective communication and patience are key in resolving issues, and I hope this can be addressed to ensure better experiences in the future.

The worst experience ever. I lost my phone, google account, and PIN and was unable to recover it after driving all the way to this store(corporate vs the retail locations that were near my home). After getting here, government ID in hand, still unable to get into my account, I am just now receiving a collections notice 3 years later for $91.63 because they could not get into my account by my billing date. Although I got to the store on time or one day late because of all of the midinformation. ( I spoke with some of the most unconcerned CSR's and techs ever )This was a charge for a month of services that I was unable to use and forced to switch to Tmobile and pay more. And worse yet, the home that I now live in is being inundated with excessive noise and harassment because of a verizon network (real estate)switching point. ppp

This Verizon location needs 5 stars and then some. Travis, the store manager, is a rockstar! He rapidly greeted my father and me with a big smile and a "can-do" attitude the second we walked in! The store was very busy so there was a short wait. However, the wait was well worth the exemplary service we ended up getting from Travis. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable...above and beyond!
Unfortunately we were there because my mom recently passed and we had to cancel lines and return equipment. The care and concern Travis displayed and the painless process of doing was much appreciated at a very difficult time.
Thank you to Travis and Verizon! Highly recommend!

Traded in my phone for a business line took 2 days then they said something went wrong after i paid my taxes have Receipt of transaction i got a message from the store if i didnt bring phone back they make a police report i came in to return phone and was told by travis manager that my trade un would be returned or i would be given a check for it then he later messaged me that i would get nothing i have Receipts Text messages to verify all im stating not ok for verizon to steal my pho e and not be held accountable
