The quickest service I’ve ever had Verizon with the most diverse options from accessories to phones to tablets to speakers ECT definitely my favorite Verizon encounter

I will not returning to this store, as their practice is very unethical. We upgraded my son's phone (had a trade in). With upgrading all our 4 lines to a new plus plan (there was supposedly no charge for this) we were now supposed to have Hulu & Disney+ included. (My 18 year old son, husband and I all agree on what was promised). After the sale it turns out that this bundle is NOT included. I have now learned that during the sale perks were added that we weren't aware are removable perks (I would have never added them), told the plan can not be changed (I just changed it over the phone removing NUMEROUS perks like verizon cloud, 10$ store perk (which does not cover Hulu or Disney+ unless paying extra) as well as other features we were never aware of. It turns out employees are commission based (Isabella was our rep) and will say anything to get the upgrade & add perks you aren't aware of. Low and behold I just removed 3 of them and am saving 50$ a month. ( have been paying for 40$ for years probably without realizing it.) BE AWARE!

The store is so shady. All I wanted was an updated and the girl Bella added a line. I didn't want that. I will never come back to this carrier. I will be leaving. Be careful with this company because they're shady.

Traded in my phone for a business line took 2 days then they said something went wrong after i paid my taxes have Receipt of transaction i got a message from the store if i didnt bring phone back they make a police report i came in to return phone and was told by travis manager that my trade un would be returned or i would be given a check for it then he later messaged me that i would get nothing i have Receipts Text messages to verify all im stating not ok for verizon to steal my pho e and not be held accountable

It’s a scammer store they lie to you and they do whatever they wants and when you get charged for something you don’t know about there is nothing you can do !!!!I came and I told the store manager that they are lied and scamming people and hiding all the other fees that no body know about it and he said there is nothing o can do!

Yesterday had a bad experience. My daughter and I went in to get assistance with swapping our devices only. Our line numbers had to be switched and other steps were needed to transfer our data over. Initially, the young lady that helped us seemed to be annoyed and had an attitude. She kept telling us what we needed to do and she couldn't spend much time with us --even though there was only one other customer in the store who was being attended to and two other representatives standing around. We persisted that we needed assistance to ensure the switch would go without issues. She eventually came around and was friendly and helpful. BUT, today (the day after) I happened to notice from a Verizon email that she applied a Verizon protection plan to both our lines ($17 ea) without asking nor getting our approval. To top it off, I called Verizon and they said they could remove the plan but we would be charged for a day or two. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! The store manager will be getting a visit from me.

I entered the store, and I was approached by a Verizon representative asking my reason for coming in today. I said I would like to adjust my Hotspot plan by reducing it. He said, "Can you explain it." Yes, I would like to reduce it. He replied (with a smirk) by asking, "Do you even have Hotspot?" I requested to speak with someone else. He then asked, "Why?" I, then replied,"Okay, " I am leaving-then I left the building. He continued to talk behind my back-unprofessionally. He does not know customer service, and he reflects Verizon in a bad light.

Wish I could give zero. Me going in, I understood my issue was a little complex . So I’m not reviewing the resolution of the issue but I am reviewing the experience I received. The person who assisted me , checked out mentally as soon as she heard my issue. Throughout the entire time of me explaining my issue the rep kept interrupting to tell me what she can’t do instead of what she could do or not even trying to research the issue . That’s when I knew she was only listening to respond and not to understand. I was directed to contact customer service over the phone . NOT ONE of the store employees checked on me, asked additional questions to better help, did any research or even look me in the eye at that point. They found out they couldn’t help so they no longer cared. So again this issue isn’t about the issue at hand but more so how I was treated by store reps when I came seeking for help. I will never but my trust and money in Verizon again from this day forward! (Disclaimer: asurion denied my replacement claim , even after shipping the device out. Which means no phone to receive verification codes, no access to my account. So I’ve been pretty much paying for something I can’t use. And can’t even close the account without receiving a code sent to a device I don’t have)

Walter at this store is the best!! He explains everything and does his best to offer the best deal. I only removed one star bc wait times at the store are sometimes long but yes if you come ask for walter & verizon give this man a raise plz ?

I took my phone in because I could not get it to turn on. A very nice dark skin gentleman was looking at it while talking to me and hands it back fully turned on. No charge and it was out of warranty. Two minutes and never reached front desk!!
