I ordered total of 4 iPhones but decided to go with just tow of those. The process of canceling the order and processing the new order is very time consuming. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. Trust me, not all managers or employees in sales has that attitude of helping the customer who is need.

was there on June 18 to have Verizon vru changed from Spanish, which I don't speak to English...was charged for the service.

Isak at Russell Cellular is very knowledgeable and helpful. A good guy. Good customer service makes all the difference! I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a great store to meet their cellular needs.

I came to this store needing a new iPhone, and Isak was extremely helpful! He answered all of my questions and was very open about the process and the fees included with the purchase. Everyone else there was also friendly as well. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had always been a Samsung guy until I started having some issues. Really knew nothing about about the iPhone as I was so accustomed to android. Walked into this location and was greeted instantly by Julian. Told him my situation and he helped me along the way. This kid knew everything there is to know, and even spent the time to explain the little details to me. By the time I left, I was an iPhone pro. Julian’s customer service was top notch. Thank you for the experience!!

Isak did a wonderful job in helping us switch over to our business account. He was very patient and worked very hard to help us. We endured some difficulties but he was persistent and at the end we were able to walk out with a new phone. I would highly recommend him and this store!

My phone was ordered … when I went to go get it Gina assisted me . She was great . Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She did not pressure me to buy any accessories which I appreciated! She made sure I understood the process of upgrading my phone and made sure everything from my old phone transferred over which was important to me . I was dreading switching out my phone but all went great

I have been told by three different employees they WOULD CALL me with updates about my new phone. Not once has ANYONE reached out and the store phone isn’t working so you can’t call for an update. I’ve been told by the same THREE different employees THREE different things about how to “pay” for my phone the first one said I would just pay $230 in store cash or card with no extra monthly charges the second one said all charges would go to my account because the store doesn’t accept payment the third one said it’s $115 with extra monthly charges. I’m not happy with this service or lack of communication. They should be on the same page as well.

We came into the store a bit upset and left with a better understanding and happy . Isak is always so kind and makes sure to explain every detail and has great customer service. We would also like to recognize Julian and say thank you for providing us with more information and better understanding. Both guys have GREAT customer service.
