Alejandro was such an amazing help today! We've been struggling trying to fix problems with our account for MONTHS and he did everything he could to help us. I can't explain enough how amazing he's been! I don't think we could have figured it out without him!

I went to this store for help. Instead I got treated like an "animal". I know this may sound facetious, but a person gets asked things. Animals get yelled at.Now I know I am a loud person I have spent my entire career working in very loud environments. I KNOW I TALK LOUD. However when somebody is to load you ASK THEM LIKE A PERSON to please talk at a lower volume. ANIMALS on the other had just get yelled at and accused of things.While I was talking with one service representative who at this point has not said, asked, suggested or the like that I was yelling at him. A whole other representative comes over to us. While my representative was speaking. She just starts demanding that I stop yelling. ( IF THAT WAS YELLING THEN BY HER DEFINITION SHE ACTUALLY JUST RAN OVER AND STARTED YELLING AT ME ) At witch point I said I am not yelling and before I could explain anything like ....I AM DEF.I HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUE.OR ANY THING.I was then ( by their definition) yelled at and being told I was. At this point if you whisper your a jerk, if you actually rase the dB level to yelling then your a jerk, the only thing you can do is plead for them to stop and actually hear you out .... NOPE they chose to keep yelling at me. I will admit at that point I didn't cair anymore about solving the issue I only cared as to why I was not asked at least. .ONE TIME,JUST ONE TIME.No Instead I was IMMEDIATELY YELLED AT AND TREATED LIKE AN ANIMAL.Thanks Verizon.

Rude staff. Matched the equally rude and horribly incompetent Verizon phone service. Poor, overpriced products. Had been using them and Samsung products for years but never again! Not to mention, they are one greedy company even to the loyalists of customers.

I made a purchase from this particular store back in July of this year. I happen to check my Verizon bill today November 2nd and I still see a device on my bill that I paid off in this store back in July. I'm still being charged for this device even though it was paid for. It frustrates me to imagine that they're misappropriating the money that was supposed to be applied towards me paying off my device. It further frustrates me that there's no number to contact the store so that this issue can be resolved.

The store is all always very helpful. If you have any questions they're more than happy to answer them. There is usually a wait time when you go there.

Ever since they 'upgraded' to 5GUW the data is horribly inconsistent. They don't have anyone in customer service so it isn't even worth trying to complain. Monopolies are cool

Normally have such a great experience at this location but today Alex was kind rude, pretentious, kept cutting me off mid sentence when I was talking and explaining things to my mother, who’s first language isn’t English. He told me “Goodluck” for having ordered my watch and IPhone from another store. Tried inserting himself where not necessary. Didn’t offer any of the buy more save more promotions and made a face when I asked for it.

My phone of late is registering only 1 to 2 bars in my house. When I go out to businesses, it goes back to 4 yo 5 bars. I was satisfied with their answer.

Been a customer for more then 10 years and it's time to leave horrible customer service and support team everyone blames the other corporate blames the store and so on been dealing with their B/S on promo deal and getting charged for nonsense and over two weeks on getting the refund next months bill is already due and still can't fix me bill stay away from this company save yourself from

Scott applied a new SIM card and got my Samsung connected once again.The biggest benefit was found in changing my AT&T internet to Verizon.Thanks Scott!
