Super helpful employees! I was only in town for a week and needed a prepaid sim card. Walked in the store and was taken care of in about 30 minutes. Keep up the great work!

This particular Verizon store took care of all my business needs. The salesgirl did a fantastic job. After receiving the appropriate document the salesgirl really bent over backwards to make sure everything was done and done correctly. I would highly recommend this Verizon store.

I had an incredibly annoying problem with an obsolete Lenovo Tablet. Undelatable bloatware, and lack of available memory. Charles, a friendly clerk, tried everything possible for almost one hour. Consulted his computer a few times to no avail!My conclusion, Verizon had an excellent customer service, make sure whatever you buy, has a lot of useful memory, 16GB doesn't cut!

They handled their business. Buddy was on his best behavior as people tried to approach to pet him. Employees are honest. Young man told me he was new and didn't want to misinform me.

Have to visit for help setting up my new iphone! Wendy helped me and the set up was so quick! She even showed me the phone cases they had! I haven’t been to a Verizon store in a while but this one was very nice!

Had a phenomenal experience with this location! Felt well respected , and honestly like old Verizon where they appreciated their customers! They are the reason that I remain loyal to Verizon after almost 2 decades (mergers included)!! Elmi spent dedicated time with me and walked through a few options and choices, spend time going over my bill and found some errors that saved me money! The manager Dianne was great too, came over to help and go over things for me too! Thank you both for working hard to fix my account and issues.

This deserves a negative 1. My wife and I were told her phone order was ready for pick up and her service to be activated. The store closes at 7pm. We got there at 6:33pm and they had already closed. The phone is very important for her job. My phone needed exchanged. This is beyond unacceptable. They didn't just close neither. It was obvious they most likely closed at 6pm. People need to be held accountable. Even corporate was unhappy.

Bought a phone and watch on Saturday. Lady helping wad very patient and knowledgeable and helpful. Had a problem on Friday went back to get help. Store was not busy as it was Saturday. The guy standing around asked if he could help. He was condescending, sniggering and rude. If he had to wait on me I would never ho back.
