A lot of these people in the reviews are very stuck up. Little does everyone know, all of the young ladies who work at this location are young adults who are still learning!! Every time I come, the girls are very sweet and helpful!! I appreciate the hard work even while these girls have such busy lives outside of this place! You go girls!!

The level of unprofessionalism and horrible customer service I just experienced from the two female employees was by far some of the worst I’ve seen. I have visited this location on more than one occasion and it’s the same experiences every time. I try to avoid coming to this location, but I was looking for a particular size on an item. These employees act like they are bothered by customers when you ask a question… mind you there were only 2 of us in the store at that time. I was given such an awful look and attitude when I asked if the items I had selected so far could be placed in a dressing room so that I could continue to shop. When I was ready, I went to the dressing rooms and my items were still on the counter where the rude employee had placed them. She came in and literally threw the items on the holder and walked out without saying a word as I thanked her. It is unfortunate that employees chose to be ugly when there is enough of that going on in this world. These employees have zero respect for paying customers! As I paid, I asked the cashier for the name of the other employee and she said she was not able to give out that information. So here I am… putting this out here for all to see since customer support call went unanswered. Do better when hiring Versona. You’ve lost a good paying loyal customer because of these two inexperienced, unprofessional employees!

This Versona has a great staff—especially Taylor—who helped me find just the right dress and accessories to attend a garden wedding. The dresses were on sale, too, and I got a gorgeous dress and accessories for $41! W’s all around for Versona!

I found some great merchandise today, but the staff was unfriendly and cold. I was surprised as the ladies that usually work there when I shop were not there and they are always friendly and joyful. But the staff today was different, cold, unfriendly and felt agitated when they were interrupted. I asked if a particular item was online since the store did not have my size. The sales lady said it was not available on line. However I found it immediately online while she was checking me out. So the point is, she never looked online and she lied. Awful!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes online and got the email that they were in. Drove all the way across town and arrived at 7:55 P.M. just to find the doors already locked and they weren’t supposed to close until 8:00. Normally, I wouldn’t show up at a business that close to closing, but I really wanted my shoes before we were headed out of town the next morning. The shoes were already paid for so all they had to do was hand me the box. What upset me the most was that they had employees that I could see through the window, talking and laughing as they saw me outside at the door. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my shoes, but I know better next time than to order something from this store. Why advertise that you’re open until 8:00 if you’re going to close the doors early.

Nice store. There’s a lot of annoying opinions from entitled customers in the reviews who aren’t responsible and don’t know how to look up when a store closes. Don’t make your untimeliness anyone else’s problem!

I just started shopping here and loved it. Went Sunday evening near closing and the staff was apparently already done working for the day. Fitting rooms of a clothing store were closed. Before closing. I guess you don’t need my business. I won’t be back.

The evening staff is so rude. All they wanted to do is go home and kick you out of the store.The staff makes you feel rushed and uncomfortable.They stated that they have a store policy that registers should be closed at 8pm.If this is the case this store doesn’t want to make money. It doesn’t make sense when customers are still in the store and trying to purchase items. I understand locking the doors at 8pm(closing time) but rushing the customers out when they’re already inside the store is not right! At a clothing store their job is to provide great customer service. We also got an eye roll when one of the worker asked if I can use the fitting room after she had closed them!

I've been in the store now 10 minutes and both workers have yet to say anything to me. Customer service begins with a "welcome in may I help you either anything". Sad that our world continues to not understand the importance of just a little kindness. I decided this store did not deserve my hard earned money and walked out. Very disappointed!!! Do Better!!!

First time in their store and all I can say WOW!! Walked in about 15 minutes before they were closing and didn't realize it and they made sure to tell me that the dressing rooms were closed since they were closing in 10 minutes. Well I better walk out I told her. I was not going to purchase without trying it on. Mangers coach and mentor your staff that customer service is key in a retail business. Will never shop here.
