“So thankful for STVO! I was happy to be seen without a primary vet referral. I was nervous about the cost considering its specialty services but was actually shocked it was much more affordable! The new patient fee was $225 and medication for my dogs ulcer was $250. They were able to diagnose him a lot quicker than going to a primary and suggested a 5 day follow up. This return visit was $135. I also very much appreciated all of the great knowledge shared on their site. That alone helped in understanding what treatments were available. Im very happy with the care ive received and happy to know i can go back with confidence knowing they give great advice and estimates of procedures”

“Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.”

“I’ve been going to this vet for the last 2 years and they have been amazing. At my dogs last vet they made him take pills to drug him before appointments but at GNWH he’s never needed that. They have worked with him so amazingly since the beginning. He needs no medications and they are able to do everything! Dr.Johnson has been great to work with!”

“I found this place when it came time to say goodbye to my dog of 14 years. From the first phone call to our final goodbye, this office was professional, kind, and compassionate. Each person that interacted with was so wonderful. They treated our situation, both emotional and financial, with grace. They treated my 9 year old son and I like actual people going through something hard rather than strangers there to pay them, unlike other vets I’ve encountered recently.

“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.”

“I took my dog to get fixed. The intake took about an hour, but the savings on the procedure were worth the extra time. ($500 vs $150ish) The staff was very kind and explained everything. My dog was sent home with a cone and a few days of pain medication. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend taking your pet here.”

The staff stayed with her and held her while the doctor examined her. They provided information on the care that was being administered. Answered my questions on services they provide and a summary of the cost. I really appreciate that they have an in house lab. The customer service from the front of the house to the medical staff was exceptional.”
“I took my 13 year old dog there today, never been and her reg. vet was full. She had a mass growing on her side. They were so helpful over the phone, I dropped her off. very clean and staff is amazing. When the doctor called me she walked me through recommendations and was clear, kind, and understanding. they have a gentleness and ease there. I will never go anywhere else! they got me in one visit oh, and the fees are explained. Her visit was much less than i thought it would be.”

“We went to have a stray dog we had been caring for put to sleep. The staff was very helpful and kind. Making the appointment was quick and easy, they easy availability for us. The prices for the exam, the cremation and return of the remains was comparable and even slightly lower than most places. The staff was very kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. They had a quiet room set up with gentle music playing. They were very patient and gentle with her.
Even though she wasn't our long term fur baby, they treated her with so much kindness. I would recommend them to anyone looking for end of life services for their pup.”

“This was my first time here. They had my cat's name up on a white board to make us feel welcome. It's the little things that go a long way. I genuinely felt like they cared.
My cat had an appointment earlier this month and she's normally not great at the vet. She did so good with the tech or assistant and the doctor. She hissed once while getting her weight. But my cat hasn't had a proper exam in a little bit because last time (at a different clinic) she wouldn't let the doctor do a proper exam. Which is concerning for me because I want to know if everything feels and sounds good. I had the first appointment of the day so there wasn't anyone else in the lobby. My cat doesn't like when there's dogs in the lobby, it stresses her out and makes the exam harder. So I planned to be the first one to make sure she was as stress free as possible. I chose this clinic because my cat has been up to date on her rabies and I wanted a 3 years rabies for her, which they offered. And I also came here because of the good reviews. If I wasn't moving, I would definitely come back. I'm extremely grateful that my cat, Button, was able to have a full body exam, her heart and lungs listened to, and get more information about bladder stones. Thank you! ❤?”

You want your pet diagnosed properly with the correct treatment, with this knowledge he can also rule out unnecessary testing, his knowledge helps save you time, money & from stress. Some of the other vets nearby are HORRIBLE & will keep you coming back because they can't figure something out or don't prescribe the proper treatment. I never had to wait too long whenever I come here either.”
