If you're looking for a place to get clean and you're a vet, you can't ask for a better place to do so. Stellar medical attention, a staff who really cares for your welfare, and excellent living conditions. You're connected to resources in the community who will help with jobs, housing etc. It's a peaceful, safe place. Just follow the rules and you won't have any problems from the staff.

This place has the usual issues, remember when you're coming here, this is the government nothing actually works correctly or the way it should half the time. Try not to focus on that let it go worry about your purpose here. I'd say a small amount of staff you might have conflict with but 99% go out of there way to help you. Covid coming back is making it very challenging to stay focused on what you need to and not on the stuff you can't control. Remember have an open mind take what is good for you and leave the rest but remember they've been doing this some of them a long time make sure you listen with an open mind and especially the people who have been addicts they have good advice.

I enrolled my depressed Son here with Zero, Hope and within a month he was functioning as a normal person and getting along with the other men in there. The Treatment Center Got him a job at the Audey Murhy Veteran Hospital. He started to do Arts & Crafts and was meeting new people. his Life was changed. forever ! I would rate Villa Serena a five Star Treatment Center.

No Hot Water, when ever there is a work order they don't listen. I told them about the water a month ago. It wasn't till I took two nurses and showed them how freezing the water was. The overnight staff was great and took care of the problem. As for the rehabilitation it was great they really helped me fix the way I think and gave me a better future. There is no magic pill or saying to fix you. You got to really want to change and put the work in. They have the tools and the right people to get you there.

Thid place afforded me a quality rehab experience. ALL staff members were professional, friendly and very caring. The food was top drawer! The fact that everybody was a veteran was a common thread that was a factor who's value can't be overstated! Evcellent program. Five stars!

place is a classic example of giving people the smallest Amount of power their head blows up. when I I processed ( took 4 days ) nobody would help me, got the run around, every counselor kept pawning me off to the next. oh this person's not here today. that's not my job bla bla bla. the minute I " broke" one of their stupid "rules" they all organized within 5 minutes like I was IN the Supreme court wanted for Murder. Every staff member came out of the woodwork to condemn me. place is a joke. bunch of Intern POGS.
