The Pharmacy at this location of Walgreens is superior! I have called them several times during the last four days about a prescription my doctor supposedly sent in. I just finally picked up the prescription. The staff has treated me like a queen from start to finish! Excellent staff! Patient with me, made helpful suggestions, provided information, and professional!

Did not honor an appointment for COVID testing. Waiting in line 20 mins and ended up getting to the window 25 mins after my appointment. The clerk said I could no longer test. Huge inconvenience.

All the employees, especially the pharmacy, are very courteous & professional. It is a very clean store considering the neighborhood. Always have a great inventory.

Not a complainer, but, if I didnt say anything I feel guilty for not informing you. Was their first customer, 9:05 a.m.. They had to check voicemails for my prescription. Had to wait 27 min. To be told they have it, come back later. 1 1/2 hours later, "we will get on this now". I have to go to work with no oxygen in my blood, not their fault just need my medicine, I am suffering now. Come back only to see they are at lunch 1:30-2. Come back 4th time and they have it, very professional woman at the front end this time. Just plan on a big wait for whatever reason, wasn't in my plans I need my lung medicine and they didn't have a sense of urgency, even waited on other customers and took care of their complicated problems before mine. I can't breathe, needed help desperately at 9:05. A.m.

This location isn't our usual pharmacy. However, I was in the area after an urgent care visit. I needed a new prescription filled somewhat urgently. It was late, just 30 minutes to the pharmacy closing. The pharmacist kindly pointed this fact out to me. I apologized for the late arrival explaining my situation. After my apology the pharmacist provided me with great customer service and had my prescription ready in 15 minutes. The pharmacy technician was also friendly and confident. If I was in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is always helpful and call me by name. I highly recommend this Walgreens.
