Very rude ?..Never again young man didn't want to help me working pharmacy..I'm moving all my husband's medications from walgreens to H.E.B. there so much more considerate and kind .Everyone else should switch to H.E.B.with this type of serviceThank you for nothing I'll pull them completely out of walgreens

I love shopping at this new remodeled Walgreens store. I find everything I need and personnel is very nice and friendly.

Drove up to pick up hubby's meds. No one came to the window. I pressed call button. She came and said she'd be right with me. She was helping someone at the counter. I waited and waited. Finally she comes and I give her info. She gets meds and I see my bag there. Just there ready to go.. She walks away. After awhile, I look to see if I see her. She's adjusting her hair. I say, my meds?!.. she comes and says she's waiting for the pharmacist. Not even a minute later and pharmacist OKs meds. Geeeez..only one person was ahead of me. I waited about 32 minutes. RIDICULOUS

I heard the pharmacy is bad they don’t talk to you or communicate but I ONLY GO FOR THE SQUISHMALLOWS CAUSE THEY LOADED LIKE LOADED IF YOU GO FOR SQUISH LEAVE ME SOME TOO ???

Worst pharmacy ever! This place doesn't even deserve a star!Scheduled my two kids appointments for their first dose of covid vaccines and waited 45 minutes for nothing. First a lady in the front with pink reddish hair, glasses and blue scrubs had some attitude and was asking if my kids were sick because they kept coughing I just told her no and she looked at me with a face. My kids have asthma so they always have a cough because anything like playing outside or laughing triggers it and makes them cough a lot and ovbiously they're kids they always do that.After waiting for so long they finally called us and my 7yr old son with autism son was first, I told the pharmacist with the white coat that he was autistic, he was having a hard time staying still crying and making a scene not wanting to get the shot, then the pharmacist with the white coat said she wasn't going to be able to give him the vaccine.So after waiting for 45 minutes and her saying that I tought that was VERY unprofessional!If people here have no patience with special children like my son who is Autistic, then I should have been told that since the moment I said he was Autistic instead of wasting my time. If ya'll have no time or patience for special children then have a big sign saying that or on the website instead of denying the services in a rude way and wasting peoples time.

Don't go to this store! Their automated system will announce every aisle you go into! That's so embarrassing because there were a bunch of other people in the store but it never announced they needed customer service!! Looking at me like I'm stealing! I've gone to this location for 4 plus years! Working in retail this is wrong an profiles regular customers!! Even the young lady at cashier said sorry its wrong it kept following just me! You won't catch me in this store again! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

We went through the drive through for our COVID testing appointment which we scheduled online. The lady at the window gave us the test supplies and instructions. We followed the instructions and handed everything back to the lady and left. We got a phone call not even an hour later than our test results were ready to be picked up! We went to pick them up. We used our health insurance to cover the cost of the test of $10O each.

Well kept store especially considering that they are doing renovations at the moment. Cashier was very nice also considering that they only had 2 employees working!

Horrible pharmacy. After you manage to go through the automated phone routing system, they place you on hold without telling you that they are putting you on hold. After the staff picking up the phone and immediately putting it back on hold 5 times without saying anything, and after over 15 minutes of holding, the staff denied that I was on hold that long and lied about putting me on hold, despite my phone's timer saying contrarily. Save yourself time in the future; go somewhere else.

When unable to accept a certain form of payment it should be posted instead of people wasting time gathering items and then to be told while trying to complete the transaction.

Always exceptional service. Never encountered any issues been shopping here 39 years. Have never used their Pharmacy. I shop online * pick up curbside. Fast friendly service. Had to call once because they didnt get my alert that I was there but honestly I think it was my internet lagging communication to their server. So I dont blame them.
