We drive all the way into SA to get our meds filled at this pharmacy because of the outstanding service we receive from Gabriella. She is very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns we may have. She always greets us with a smile which makes us feel like we are never inconveniencing her or wasting her time. Plus, it's always fun to see what color her hair will be this month. Thank goodness we found such a wonderful place for all of our pharmacy needs!

Don’t normally have great experiences with pharmacies, however I had a great one the other day! I was helped by a girl named Gabriella & she was very friendly & willing to help!! That girl really knew her stuff!

This pharmacy team is the best in town! They are always willing to answer questions and greet with a smile. The ultimate shining star of this team is by far Gabriella!! She really knows her stuff!! She is always so polite which is such a blessing!!

reviews arent really my thing BUT in this case i must … Gabriella was the most phenomenal pharmacy tech I have ever encountered at any walgreens . She provided the best customer service that I refused to have anyone else help me unless it was her ! Even the days I absolutely needed my meds for my severe allergies with snot running down my nose and hardly even able to see she never judged ! if anything she helped wipe the boogers and the drainage from my eyes

If only negative ZERO was available. My granddaughter had a new 90 day prescription for insulin and dropped it off at this location, close to home. When she picked up, it was only three pens and she was charged $35.00. She did not question the store. Yesterday, she said her refill was ready for pickup but because it took them so long to fill it she would be out of insulin today. She is attending college outside of Houston so I agreed to pick up and drive the medication to her.When I arrived at Walgreens, I asked the clerk why only 3 pens and why $35.00. She read the monitor, got a funny look, and went to the back. When she returned, she blamed the insurance company.So, today, I called the insurance company and was informed not only was the 90-day fill allowed but the medicine was FREE per the plan. I am now driving to the college with three pens, hot and angry but call Walgreens.The pharmacist says "I don't know. It's the insurance." No sir! Not the insurance. "It's the doctor." No sir! Not the doctor! Well we gave her three pens last time and she did not complain so we gave her three pens this time.I asked what happens to disclosure if you are unable to fill the full prescription, you should disclose this information. Also, the doctor writes the prescription, it is not your option to change it or decide what you think she should receive. Forget that you took advantage of a young person and lied to me. I inquired yesterday when I picked up and you fed me that crap about the insurance company.The killer is that rather than apologize, he said oh well, there is nothing I can do about it. She took the three pens the first time so we just refilled the same.I can! Pulling all my prescriptions and family from Walgreens. I refuse to contribute to someone's pay who doesn't respect their job, company or the patient!

Yes, this is a very busy location, but I've almost always get great customer service from the pharmacy assistant and the pharmacist So bring plenty of patience cause it's worth the wait.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I've been to. The pharmacy staff is incompetent, wait lines are long and then they gaslight you and tell you that the line was moving when it's not. Rude and terrible service.
