Poor costumer service. Left me on hold for more than 10 mins. They don’t even greet themselves just “hold” and music. Horrible and plain rude. I had a simple question that only took less than 2 minutes to even answer me and hung up.

I called there today and I hate dealing with anyone but Kirastan. Kirastan is the best. I called today due the message Ibreceved and spoke with a Deanna, who has the worst customer service. She was rushing me on the phone and she seemed as if I was bothering her. Does she realize this is my health?
I will definitely escalate this to corporate. I been with Walgreens over 20 years and never experienced this type of customer service. It is not our fault if you are short staff and you do not have the right to take it out on us customers. We pay your salary, you don’t pay us. If we do not shop in Walgreens, they can not make money, so that they may pay Deanna and the other staff a paycheck.

Absolute worst customer service. Spent 30 min trying to check me out, Nadia doesn’t know how to operate any of the systems and was rude. She should be fired for how she spoke to me and handled the situation. She kept saying she would be right with me but continued to check out other people and then said her manager was coming which made me wait another 10 minutes. I will be calling corporate.

I made an appointment online early morning to get an immunization later that afternoon. When I arrived I was told that it was out of stock. It clearly stated what the vaccine was for when I made the appointment but nobody called me the entire day to tell me and completely wasted my time driving to the store

I have dealt with Walgreens over 20 years and have never encountered such PHENOMENAL service from a pharmacy manager. Curiston, my husband and I love you. You are amazing and we thank you so much for caring about us and your other patients, that means a lot to us.

I came in to buy a couple of stuff, but really needed to use the bathroom first.
The bathroom had a code, so I asked the pharmacist if it was only for employees. She told me that someone else needed to open it. So she pages someone and I stood there forever waiting for someone to come. This employee passes me and went straight to the back! She looks right at me and doesn’t help me at all. She ignored me… Was the task too difficult or inconvenient for them? I just left without buying what I needed. This place has employees that don’t care and don’t like to help people. The first impression I will take with me to never come again to this location. Do not come here if your looks for good service beware.

I had 2 large photo calanders made at the Valley Hi Walgreens and they were printed on glossy paper. I asked the clerk if they could be printed on the matt paper because writing on a glossy paper would not work. The reply was "no," they always print the calanders on glossy paper. I am not happy with the results of these calanders. I Will never purchase from Walgreens again. I rate this product less then one star, but can't post without the star. If you plan to print calanders, be sure you don't plan to write on the calander.
