my mom and me went to store so we could i could buy some body spray and she could get some eye drops. we both bought what we needed but after we checked out we accidentally left the bag in the counter and drove off without our things. the cashier didn't even tell us that we had forgotten it! simply stood there while our paid for things sat on the counter. cashier was too lazy too even tell us simply a shout or just walk out and tell us would work. SMH!

Beware. This pharmacy will not dispense medication prescribed by your doctor if they don't agree with the use for which the doctor is prescribing it. In other words, they usurp the doctor/patient relationship. They think they know better than your doctor. We transferred our prescriptions to Walmart.

Pharmacy girl is a total hood rat. She has no compassion for those who are ill and treats ppl as if we're bothering her! If I have a question she's short with her answers as if she could care less. Also, I don't know why they even have a phone number, they never answer and they seem bothered with answering it. Look else where, I am.

The folks working in the store area are approachable and friendly and they get a star just for that. Pharmacy staff greet you properly but they do little else, they could use a little customer service refresher. They come off as a little smug and IMO do a poor job of trying to help. Little to no eye contact and short answers designed to put you off. Don't even try to call over the phone with questions... They are great at counting pills and putting them in a bottle but if you have questions about insurance or time to complete an order you'll be put off. This coupled with the high prices of everything a drug store carries and weird club points, discounts and coupons have caused me to decide I am picking up my last prescription from this place and going to the Walmart Neighborhood store just down the street where I don't have to worry about gimmicks with club cards and coupons, and at Walmart I know I'm not paying for customer service...

I went in there just to get like 2 things and while I was in there my 3 year old daughter had to use the bathroom. They had the bathroom doors locked so I had to ask someone if we could use it, so we asked a lady in the cosmetic area so she said she would get someone. That lady walked off and we never saw her or another employee come back there at all. I waited for 5 minutes and ended putting my stuff down and leaving because she was up front talking to other employees while my daughter was on the verge of peeing her pants. Idiotic employees.
