My doctor sent a prescription to this Walgreens on 9/11. I went to pick it up on 9/12 and 9/13. Both visits I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. Why?!?!??! The employees at this pharmacy lazy and pitiful as hell!! I will not be having any more of my prescriptions sent to this Walgreens. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Im not a big fan of walgreens , i never go. But whenever i do its always clean, theres usually polite people working, rest rooms always clean, decent selection of needs and wants. Every single walgreens feels the same since childhood, they are, but the vibe doesn't seem to change from one side of town to another, or even town to town. I digress.

The pharmacy drive thru takes too long to process prescriptions for the community. Your process is not effective and please evaluate your wait time.

I always love Walgreens. I've been told that it's expensive, I disagree. You just need to know how to shop there. 1. Utilize the online coupons in combination with the ad and for an even greater shopping experience, combine your coupons with clearance item (if you're fortunate enough to find that match up). 2. If that is too much for you, just walk around the store and look for clearance tags. You can find some awesome deals this way. The first way requires a bit of homework done before you enter the store and yields more consistent savings. The second requires you to be completely open about what you will be purchasing but is a fun, spontaneous was to find some unbelievable deals. Good luck and happy Walgreens shopping, just as long as you're not shopping where I shop. If you do, please ignore the clearance till after I have done my shopping. Thank you kindly.

This is the closest Walgreens to my house so I am there reasonably often. The cashiers are always pleasant and efficient. My complaint is not with them; it's with the managers. We are at the time of year when every single store in the continental US puts out metric tons of those disgusting cinnamon scented brooms and pinecones. I HATE them. I hate the smell of cinnamon and I'd wager I'm not alone. There are so many in this store that even the merchandise that you purchase reeks of cinnamon once you've got it out of the store. For weeks! Managers, please take note. It will make people like me avoid your store until after the holidays!

This location has the worst pharmacy. The people that work there are so rude and look like they are miserable. If you don’t enjoy what you do maybe that’s just not the job for you. Don’t even get me started when calling this location they will keep you on hold for the longest. Never going back I would prefer to drive the distance then to go back to this sloppy location.

The prescription is for a single bottle which I received the first time. For the second, they claim to be out but had 10 single ml which cost $50 more but would have a single bottle for me by the next refill.Third refill time Andrea pulled out 10 single mil bottles which I protested to. She claims that "technically" the single bottle is only good for a limited time after the first use. I countered that it was not a problem the first time nor was it mentioned on the second refill. Andrea claims incompetence and that it was missed. She then had me wait for a while to switch to the single bottle but then came back and said she had issues with the insurance and it would take an extra day to fill. I ask to have the prescription transferred to Sam's and for her to release any insurance claim. She told me to have Sam's pharmacy call her to get the transfer done which I did. 5 days later Andrea has not complied and I am still unable to fill my prescription and several complaints to the Walgreens management have fallen on deaf ears. This pharmacist is not qualified to fill prescriptions especially since she claims that she and her staff are incompetent.

Everytime I have to deal with this Walgreens it's been a horrible experience and not just for me but people I have met too.I made an appointment to get tested for Covid back in January 2022. I got there 5 minutes earlier than my appointment and they said they don't do tests, but they could offer me the vaccine. Excuse me, but if I make an appointment to get tested I'm not going for a vaccine, plus I was pregnant at the time. Then if you use their pharmacy for prescription they will say they are out of stock and ask you tome come again in a day or 2, and they still don't have it. Medication that's very important for people's daily life. Neglectful to say the least.

I got the pleasure to meet Luis in the photo center while printing a few pics for my wedding. He was very nice, helpful and patient with me the whole time I was there. He juggled his time with me and customers that came up to his counter, and got everyone out in a amazing timely manner. Thank you Luis! We need more workers like him. Give him a raise!

Pharmacy wouldn’t answer the phone. Stayed on hold for ten minutes until it finally forced my call to ring through and they pick up the phone and hang up. This happened twice. They delayed the medication that I needed today and wouldn’t even answer the phone for me to find an alternative or get a partial dose. I finally had to go all the way down there and physically be present to get any service. That’s exactly what someone who is feeling poorly wants to do. I’m going to transfer my scripts to a pharmacy that cares about their patients.

I went there on Saturday to get 3 free N95 face masks. They had a lot of them, but they were all sitting out on top of a table and they were completely unwrapped. The cashier said that we just go to the table and pick up 3 masks. Anyone can walk past and contaminate those masks if the masks aren't already contaminated from the exposed pile that they were sitting in. What a waste.

If I could give the pharmacy staff 0 stars I would. I was there on 1/8/22 at 8:40am waiting and was first in line when they open bcuz my son needed his 2nd dose of covid vaccine and they opened 5 mins late then a African American lady came up behind me and then a African American pharmacy staff spoke to her first even thou I was in line first in line and told the lady to have a seat and I'll get your paperwork drawn up then she went away without speaking to me. Then came back 6 mins later and rudely says can I help you. I said yes I have to check in my son for his vaccine and she said okay have a seat. Then 20 mins later she came out and grabbed the African American lady and her kids that were supposed to be behind me and took her to fill out her paperwork n vaccines all in one shot. Now I felt extremely discriminated due to the fact that I was in line first and should of been helped first. I will never ever come back to this Walgreens again and I will tell all my family and friends to stop going to this pharmacy. Plus I will be submitting this to corporate as well.

Waited over an hour for a COVID vaccine appointment. They had at least 6 people working in the pharmacy and were still this far behind. They need a better process.
