Worse pharmacy EVER. I never had any issues with picking up prescriptions until I started using this location. They either say my insurance doesn’t cover it (even tho I have BCBS PPO plan). I always have to call my doctor’s Office to have it resent in. They either lose it or just take entirely too long to fill them. It’s frustrating that I have to call them just for them to fill it. Im already at the worst point mentally and just need my damn depression meds. They should be more considerate of peoples lives and do their jobs.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I sent my girlfriend to pickup posters for me and my family of my grandfather who just passed away yesterday! Key word YESTERDAY! And we used a coupon code and the gentleman who “assisted “ her stated cause we used coupons to get them that he’ll let it slide once but technically that he should charge us full price. Then has the nerve to tell my girlfriend that the least she could do was to buy laundry detergent, since we couponed! Like are you kidding me that’s so inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional!!!

Ms. V at Walgreens is amazing! She's always so helpful and friendly, making my visits a pleasure. The store is well-stocked, and I appreciate how organized everything is. Whether I need a quick pick-up or a prescription, I know I can count on great service every time. Highly recommend this location!

I was compelled to give feedback this evening after my visit, I wish I would have sooner, Ms Veronica (front cashier) is such a pleasant and efficient part of the staff here! Every visit that we see her it never fails that we’re greeted with a smile and treated like family! Because of her my family and I have made this our Walgreens although it’s not the closest one to us. Thank you for your amazing service Ms. Veronica!! I hope you are recognized and given your kudos!

So come to find out that my doctor's office sent a prescription over on June 23rd for a 3-month supply of my insulin medication however this pharmacy chose to only fill it for a 30-day and charge me $50 when I 90 day supply would have been $100. When I figure out that I can't get another refill because my doctor already sent a 3-month supply and wants to know why I'm asking for more medication already. Then I contact the pharmacy and they said oh well we only had a 30-day supply so that's what we gave you. And how is this okay that I wasn't communicated that I could have waited and got a 90-day supply and for a lesser amount and then I wouldn't have been without now 5 days with my insulin. Going back and forth from the doctor's office message service and the pharmacy here I am with glucose levels in the high 300s and no insulin because Walgreens pharmacy decided that I only needed a 30-day supply when they were holding a 90-day prescription. When I contacted the office the pharmacy manager Monique stated that this was an error on my behalf or my doctors we have because the prescription amount exceeded the 90 day limit. but nothing was ever communicated with me not that I had a 90 day prescription and that I would have to wait for it to be filled because they didn't have the needed amount. To me this sounds like a scam it sounds like they're trying to make people pay more for prescriptions and that is not acceptable. I feel like there was failed communication in between the pharmacist and myself when I picked up that prescription which put me in this terrible situation. There's no reason that a full-blown diabetic should have to be doing all of this just to get their medication as it was prescribed to them and in the quantity it was prescribed in.

Called to check if they had FedEx in store. Gentleman explained it's a drop off location. I went 15 min.later with a box. Entered store and gentleman behind counter with cashier asked if I had called. I said yes and he escorted me to photo counter. I'm 60,disabled,and technology challenged. He helped me find my email and found mailing labke. He scanned and printed it,put it on box and was done. He was kind and friendly and was patient. He might have been the manager.
