Pharmacy is rude and could not care less about customer service. Working pre med I understand the stress of this field; but needless to say being rude and passive aggressive does not solve anything. They told me my meds would be out in 15 and I waited an hour, came back to pick it up, and they hadn't even started on it. In addition, all three workers, were rude, not one nice worker. I'm understanding with workers I understand the stress trust me, but holy crap they made me feel stupid and were horrible at communicating. Fix this service cause it's just not a good look. Never going to this pharmacy again.

What is up with this pharmacy?!! I waited 30 minutes in line behind only 1 car for my prescriptions did they open a lab there to make the medicines as they pick them up???!!!

The manager went out of her way to help us with passport photos and find OTC medicines. On a follow on visit, the photo shop staff helped us in an exceptional fashion. Pharmacy staff has always been helpful and accommodating. This will be our store. Their service rocks!!

With my girlfriend, who is getting her flu shot. It's on the slow side in here and things are taking longer than I would have thought, but the staff is very friendly. Nice that these things can be taken care of so close to home.

I used to give great reviews to this location BUT not after today. Saturday night is now the only time I can go shopping and I loved going to this Walgreens. Today, though, they told me I could t use my coupons and even though they were all different and following coupon policy, they limit me to 4 coupons TOTAL!! I even showed them that the coupon policy said 4 identical coupons and showed them. Nope!!! No matter what the policy said they weren't allowing me to use more than four. Well I'm not spending more than I gave to. They have lost a customer and now the manufactures has lost many sales. I was about to buy $40 worth of stuff. You bet I'm calling corporate.

Convenient pharmacy. This store is well laid out, properly lit, and feels safe. They have all kinds of things you need, as well as many things you don't. This Walgreens stocks a healthy supply of cold and flu medications, although they were out of the flu shot when I went. Grumble grumble grumble. I ended up getting it at HEB for free instead. I was happy to see that the clerk greeted me with a hearty, "Welcome to Walgreens!" when I walked in. They use USAA ATM machines at this location, which means low transaction fees, even if you don't bank there. There's also a Redbox at this location! Convenient! The parking lot is clean, well laid out with easy access from Bandera and that other side street that runs into the neighborhood.

Stopped in at the pharmacy just after going to the doctor and being prescribed various medications. I was surprised to see that they were ready by the time I got there. I used an app on my phone to find each of my medications and each of them had a coupon that had to be hand keyed in by the pharmacist. She had no problem doing this for me even though it required her going to extra mile to do so. I'll definitely return to this location in the future.

I didn't like it for one reason. There is no suivneers isles or shelfs. I spent good money. On two shirts that were not all that good. And they were only half off. I'm a new snowbird. And I will try another store next time. Really disappointed at Walgreens. �

They are always more expensive than a grocery store, Walmart, or Costco type, and more priced like a convenience store/gas station. But you pay for efficiency and time, and the store is usually clean and quiet.
