A little irritated (well, more than a little). Stopped by to pick up my mom's prescription (which was supposed to be ready yesterday) and ended up having to wait an additional 15 minutes for the prescription to be prepared. Not to mention, the staff member who was tending the drive up was rude. My mom has been using this pharmacy for years but, in the past year, I've always had to make at least 2 trips to pick up her meds...and have had to wait around for one to be prepared.

If I could give no stars I would. Please save yourself time and find a different pharmacy! Every time I come here the staff is very unprofessional and they do not know how to communicate nor do they know what they are doing.

I was in line at 7:51 PM. There were two cars waiting in front of me. It honestly seems like they took their time with the car in front of us so they wouldn’t have to attend us and as soon as 8 o’clock hit they gave the medication to the car in front of us, and then shut the window and put the close sign up . I don’t know of any other pharmacy that does this. I wish I had my prescription sent to HEB. I know for a fact they don’t do that.

So I get to the drive through line by 7:52pm, wait for the two vehicles in front of me. By the time I get to the window, the pharmacist has placed a sign saying “no pharmacist on duty”. No acknowledgement that I pulled up. If they would have at least greeted me and let me know they were not going to assist me than I would have been more understanding. They chose to ignore me instead. Will be moving my future prescriptions to H‑E‑B.

This is the only pharmacy among all the Walgreens in town, nevermind among all the national chains, that I can and do rely on to handle my regular prescriptions and health with timeliness and excellence. The pharmacy staff seem personally invested in ensuring even my most confusing and aggravating prescriptions are clarified and filled in a timely and professional manner, and have gone above and beyond regularly whenever prescribing facilities have, in the kindest language possible, "made oopsies".

Just spoke with Abigail and she was amazing. I needed a medication for my kiddo and they were originally going to have it available Monday due to having to have it delivered...I explained the situation and my need for her to have it over the weekend and she went above and beyond and called to get some to their location for me to pick up in an hour! AMAZING SERVICE!! Thank you Abigail! Caring staff create wonderful customer experiences!

One drive through and doing covid testing. Almost impossible to get your Rx in less than 30 min with 3 cars ahead of you. Over the months they have been getting slower and slower. Doesn't matter if you go inside or drive through. Plan on gassing up, taking a snack, and having plenty of reading material because you will need it.
