Expect to wait a week, call them, call them back because they won't do anything, call them back because they change their mind about doing something, wait another week - for a single refill.
Nice people can only feel so nice when you don't get your medication. My doctor prescribed me a monthly amount, pharmacy decided that month lasted 47 days and refuses to give it to me. Have you ever tried drawing up a bubble free syringe with only an exact amount left in the vial? Hint, you don't get 1 bubble, you get millions and can't get rid of them. Thanks, but no thanks, I like living.

Love this place. They are able to ship my medication to me too. Staff are always kind and personable. A step above other Walgreens stores for sure!

Small, quiet, simple pharmacy. They couldn't help with my prescription due to a prior authorization, but they were helpful and quick in getting information to me even 15 minutes before their closing.

Your people dropped the ball which means I will be without diabetic supplies for part of this weekend since your store is only open m-f. I am not happy with your service right now.

I am a kidney transplant recipient and recently switched from CVS Specialty to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, only because my neighborhood Walgreens is much closer for me to pick up the transfers from their Specialty location. Big mistake. I had no problems with my neighborhood Walgreens nor from my former CVS locations, but this Walgreens Specialty location has terrible customer service - missed phone calls, not giving their full attention to the patient, condescending and defensive, and not once apologizing for their mistakes.
On top of all that they didn't input my Medigap policy and instead charged me for my anti-rejection Rx's. Then denied they would be able to correct their mistake, until minutes later, when they realized I already had my Medigap, and didn't just get it post transaction. They simply had not recorded it when I initially had given them my information. They told me they would "look into it" and call me back. Again, no apologies. Just defensiveness. I never got a callback. So I had to followup the next day before they closed. They said they corrected their mistake, pending my driving over there to show them the original receipts, but as we were closing the phone conversation, I'm told, "Yes, that's why we called you..." SMH.
The main person I spoke with was Analisa, the Pharmacy Manager. She's been with them for 17 yrs. I guess hubris has settled in.

Understaffed. They try hard and are courteous but the lines are unbelievable at times. Bring a cot and pillow and tell them to wake you up when it's your turn...They need another check in station. No fault of the staff...they do the best they can and are efficient but dang management..
