Came to this location, because it’s closest to my child’s School, to do a return from another Walgreens in the medical Center and was told by the cashier at this location that I could not make the return here and had to go to the other Walgreens I purchased it from to make the return on a teddy bear because it wasn’t bought at this store. The employee working the register was speaking to the manager over the walkie-talkie and the manager never came up to the front. I cannot believe the advice was to drive back to the other store. What if it was bought in another state? I was using the Walgreens app and My Email from Walgreens and they still would not take the return. Walgreens in a nationwide store. I’m not sure what the issue was. By their logic, If this item was bought in Alaska, I had to go back to Alaska to return this to a store that is nationwide??? I’m pretty sure all they needed to do was type in the order number, and yet they said that they could not take the return. The cashier made me enter my phone number and email address, but never tried to type in the order number as far as I know. This location clearly needs more training from top to bottom.

Waited at pharmacy drive-thru for 15 minutes, three cars in front of me plus the one at the window. Car after car were leaving, till I was next it line waited another 5 minutes went inside. Talk to Manger to inform her what was going on, she said ( I will look into it ).Got my mother's medicine, I stopped and told my the manager that he where having insurance problems with the car at the window. She said that if I wanted to I could of gotten off sooner and not wait in line. I got upset and told her not to tell me what I could have done, cause I was inside, but for the pharmacy to be thoughtful of the people in wheel chair and the elders, that can't get off. The pharmacy could have gotten the persons information and called them , when things were solved. When I was inside there were 3 people just standing there, that person could have been told to come inside or have been asked to go around and called when things were done. People know days, don't think about our handicap or our elders, but this is only my thoughts.

Waited for an hour on hold with the pharmacy, only for them to answer / pick up the phone and put down the headset so it would stop ringing. I had to ask for the supervisor on my work line to go and physically get them to speak to me on the phone. I will not be filling my future medications here, even for this side of town the service at the pharmacy is ATROCIOUS!

Left in the verge of tears after having my passport photo taken here, the lady who did it (blonde hair, glasses) kept yelling at me because my head was slightly tilted and continued to berate me for not being able to position it the right way and kept aggressively telling me that “it’s not that hard.” Then afterwards when she cashed me out, she started yelling at one of her coworkers behind the counter over something so menial, poor woman looked so visibly frustrated having to work with someone so hostile like that.

Waste or print service
Their computers don’t recognize pdf
Word or any attachment to print a simple doc
Don’t waste your time here they won’t help you
Even the manager referred me they couldn’t help me and to go to a competitor.
