This review is for the pharmacy only. It's awful. They never have the medicine or they forget to put in your order. Huge lack of communication. This had happened many, many times. Optum RX, here I come!

Would do .5 star but no option. Pricey and not always a good merchandise selection but I do like the candy inventory as well as variety if items.

Walgreens on Tezel is our pharmacy. We receive excellent service. The staff have been there for years. Fifty, the pharmacist, James and Matthew are a couple of the technicians.

Wow don't come here for the photo department: I came for two passport photos they seemed to be bothered by the request, took the pictures, and then asked for my phone number to call me when they were ready. Well after sitting in my car for half hour I finally went back and asked why they hadn't called, all I got was "it went directly to voice mail." Well you couldn't leave a voice mail? Apparently they can't. Bad service.

Pharmacy has horrible service. I made an online appointment early today for a covid test, arrive 8 minutes prior to my appointment as suggested. I wait 30 minutes in line for them to tell me, sorry we stop testing at 5! Then put a sign and tel the customer that. Slow service and them they refuse service. Waste of my time!

Went to this Walgreens and the gentleman cashier did not know Anything about the Walgreens app. Since I was new to it. His response was "I don't use it" I asked for a manager. She spent some time with me to teach me. I'm glad the manager was able to help me. Thank you. Need to educate the employees on the app.

After calling to wall greens and getting hung up by both pharmacies trying to find medication for my mom for customer service at photo Quetion for horrible. No one had any interest in helping us find medication or another location that had medicine. PS Walgreens I will tell all my friends and family to switch to CVS

So PISSED! Ordered a hard cover photo book online, that I need ASAP. As said online at this location, my order would be ready for pick up at 4:25pm. I arrive at the store at 5pm to pick up my order I already paid for, and a guy comes up to cashier and says it's the hard cover and the machine is broken. Mhmm maybe y'all should call the customer right away or get it fixed right away if your location is going to come up as a recommendation for hard cover books (bc not all do apparently, it only gave me a few locations to pick from) so I drive out of my way to pick this up and nobody called me to notify me or anything. And to top it off, their employees aren't very professional at ALL. Not going off looks but the customer service that was offered was so poor. I'm 24 and know how to treat customers/people, so there's no excuse as to why it was so poorly handled. Thanks for nothing guys. Customer service does NOT come first at this location. Take your service and money somewhere else to save time. Also the line was stacked up and it was hard to find help just to throw that in there too.

Hit and miss with the pharmacy techs. Some are really nice while others are rude. The pharmacist is hard to understand.

I love the staff at this location, every single pharmacy employee has always gone above and beyond to assist me. This is the best Walgreens in the city by far.

I don't get sick. I'm not sure why. Perhaps it's my narcissistic "American Psycho"/Patrick Bateman-esque obsession with physical fitness. Perhaps it's my semi-reclusive lifestyle devoid of those harbingers of disease and pestilence known as children. Perhaps it's because I'm the Antichrist*. I seldom worry about my health, but after hearing so many reports of influenza, I decided to bite the bullet (I would have preferred to swallow the bullet and have it explode in my intestines) and confront my irrational, Freudian fear of needles. I would become immunized. This proved challenging, as my local CVS and HEB were out of flu shots. The Walgreens on Tezel had immunizations in stock, so I screwed up my courage and took the plunge. This review pertains only to my experience with the kind, matronly pharmacy manager who administered my immunization. As I rolled up my sleeve, I confessed to my belonephobia in the hope that she would offer a word or two of empathy to quell my anxiety. I forget exactly what she said, but it worked; she administered the injection and it was finally over. She shook my hand and congratulated me on a job well done. I returned the compliment. When the time comes for your next immunization, please consider visiting this location and asking for the woman with a pronounced Nigerian accent. You may not share my fear of sharp pointy objects, but you'll be treated like a human being. A little empathy goes a long way. *I'm not really the Antichrist; the cluster of numbers on my scalp reads "999," not "666."
