I just left the store and I’m pissed. I went to load money into my Cashapp ($279) and the cashier only loaded $79. I made it perfectly clear to load the entire stack I handed him and he still proceeded to try and rob me I guess. I don’t know but he was sure I handed him “$79”. Bunch of 20’s, 4 $5’s & 3 $1’s be for real. Needless to say that cashier needs to go, completely unprofessional… and I ain’t even nice like this..

They don’t answer their phones and don’t fill prescriptions. I’m not sure what they are doing in there because it doesn’t seem to be their jobs.

This Walgreens is the worst. I’ve had my prescription sent in a whole day in advance and they told me they didn’t have anything TWO TIMES NOW. I also tried to call them before wasting my time driving over there, they don’t answer phones at all. I will never use this location ever again. The pharmacy is always dead yet it took 20 mins just for them to tell me there wasn’t anything sent.. that’s BS.

You will die waiting for your prescriptions , staff in pharmacy are very rude and they NEVER Answer their phones !!! Everyone always seems in a bad mood in the pharmacy dept … stay away from getting your meds from here !!

If at all possible go somewhere else the employees are rude and can have you waiting on hold for 30 minutes while everybody's just standing around. This is definitely a place where multitasking is not being utilized.

Worst pharmacy ever. They take extra long for no reason at all. There will be multiple employees packing prescriptions but God forbid there be 2 people to ring out customers. I am a retail Manager and honestly would be embarrassed to put up the wait times they do.

Don’t call around 1:11 even tho lunch is from 1:30-2:00 they answer and hang up the phone very unprofessional. I taught maybe the first time was an accident , so i called again and it happened a second time!!! Horrible service

This place hires very rude people change your meds to any other pharmacy but not here after waiting 20 minutes in line the not so slim woman was. Very adamant about closing the window in spite that there were elderly people waiting in line to get there medications had only one person working the register then when it was a few minutes to there lunch break time they brought in another employee to help. But it was only to help the last two people who were at the register if we can wait 20 minutes for an employee who is running a medication through an insurance and we wait patiently why couldn’t she consider the elderly people in line she was rude and literally tells the people have a nice day ! Before closing the window! This pharmacy also gave my mother somebody else’s meds a few months Ago and literally asked me not to report them but not this time they gotta get rid of this employee who was working the drive through on 8/15 /24 morning shift!

Store is clean and all but the service depends on the people present. Some are very helpful and will assist if there are problems. Others will have the manager standing there and allow you to be embarrassed by not helping with an issue with your card. I don't appreciate being made to feel that way Today. I understand the machine was sensitive, yet there was a manager there who could've easily assisted Me instead of deciding to allow Me to feel wrong and leave. The cashier was VERY helpful, manager wasn't willing to help. Unprofessional. Never know who's evaluating your store when you're being flippantly dismissive.

By far the worst cx service I walk in for some laundry soap as I'm a sales rep I carry a backpack as my purse at that I don't normally shop at Walgreens unless for small care necessities tonight I was needing fast and convenient this shift as of now for July 6 were so disrespectful I lived in the west side for years I get the policy and certain rules employees have to follow but as I sent my husband to get the detergent telling him no i wont walk through aisle I have my backpack and I don't want no rude comments so lets gst soap pay and out but for his quench of thirst and my pregnant self I walked to drink aisle as im looking for drink the clerk says excuse me leave bag in front i said "thats fine no hesitation while she walking passed us telling me that and i clearly heard her from a distance when she addressed me and now my husband asked if there was a specific drink they had
(braces) female walks passed and I told my husband eww rude of her to ignore you as I said it low enough to not be rude back for being loud well as for her guilt she got a little loud and decided to argue about the statement I made so as she had a very horrible attitude walking to reg she said you know what I don't have to sale to you as if I cared for her to be my cashier so she sends me to photo booth lady I asked politely her name as she knew the situation from hearing other girl from speaker to hear she refused service and said "I can" now me keeping my cool I felt rushed out.of there and for.me.talking to the next lady to clarify she was loud enough to say"idk what going on" and walked away ignoring me while I asking for a number to report the horrible service to whom it' concerns there might be days with crazy customers but as to horrible service for those
