No customer service in pharmacy they tell you they have your medication in stock and be ready by a certain time you show up and now you have to wait 2 days and no apology or straight answer

If I could give zero stars I would give it the worst pharmacy they never have the medicines ready they say it takes an hour and when you come back they are not ready I will never go back to this pharmacy 😡😡😡😡

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in to get a poster size picture printed and the manager that was working just did not want to help me at all. Laziest manager I've ever seen. Just down right poor customer service. I guess she just expects everyone to know how to print their own pictures. The saddest part is that was the manager. I asked for district managers phone number and they wouldn't provide me with one....so sad!

This is the worst Walgreens on earth. I live walking distance to it and won't even shop here if I'm sick. I'll drive 10 minutes somewhere else. Nobody is helpful. Nobody cares. Tried to get a passport photo and nobody even acknowledged that we were standing AT THE PHOTO COUNTER while a man popped back and forth in the photo area.

Awe, so had a bad experience with a one of the cashiers today. The main cashier seemed busy with a customer and waiting for the customer to call her bank which I understand it was actually very busy today. So two of us went just in the order to the next cashier, and she seemed very upset. She didn’t say hello or anything and when I stated yeah dealing with a tooth pain, she just went mhmmm . I paid out and she said your receipt will be in email next person in line. It’s fine to be busy, but it’s obvious she chose to not say hi vs the person before me and vs the person after me which also indicates some type of prejudice. It’s usually referred to as uncivil behavior. This is the reason I am writing this review. I would definitely observe your staff there at that location…..

Walked in and shopped ..I couldn’t get a bottle of Tylenol because the name brand pain killers were locked . Walked all the way to the front and asked cashier for help - she said press the button .. walked back and there was no button .. so - walked back to cashier and along the way saw an actual worker there - I asked. For help she said she was busy .. ok .. went back to cashier and told her to forget it .. I went in store Oct 3 Tues -2 pm .. im changing pharmacy
