This place is the worst to get prescriptions from!!! The pharmacy has horrible customer service! Nathan the technician was very rude and took FOREVER to help us! NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!

My wife called this awful pharmacy before I even left the house to make sure our medicine was ready to be picked up and was told it is ready. Showed up to the pharmacy drive thru after waiting an hour in line I finally get help and the guy behind the window tells me it won’t be ready for another hour. Go elsewhere this place is the worst!

First off, let me say do not go to theSouthwest Military it’s A horrible location I love Walgreens but I never thought the location of a store would make such a huge difference. The location on the south side was horrible. It was filthy and employees are rude and everything was locked away even the carts so in order to get anything, you’d have to call an employee who were extremely rude, and then you had to hold everything in your arms because the carts were locked up Yeah, definitely not gonna go to this location again. So if you do wanna go to Walgreens and get the most bang for your book become a rewards member and download the app to use the coupons. It’s extremely easy Plus, you save so much on every visit.

I had not seen a group of staff so committed in a big company in ages! The pharmacy and regular staff were amazing! Please give them a raise; it was so busy, they were working so hard yet kept a positive attitude with the long line at the pharmacy (because all the other pharmacies were closed) Yet, I had to remove one star because of the bathroom... OMG it was disgusting, hold your breath so you don't puke. Please keep restrooms clean.

Drove 20 minutes just for them to be closed. It was 1230, not 130 like the website said. Gates down like Ft Knox. Three other cars there wondering why they were closed as well.

Great!!! very happy with this store don’t care if there is 5 store closer to my house I will go to this location due to the way employees are very nice, friendly , and take the time to help you out !!!! Love them
