The store is open almost all night, The pharmacy on the other hand is in need of people that know what they are doing . Especially the one's that are dispersing the prescriptions and don't know the first thing about giving out change or anything about the Good RX Coupon's . Maybe they need to be sweeping floors or cleaning the toilet.

I’m currently on hold and have been waiting for an hour to speak to them about my son’s prescriptions. I needed them to transfer them to another pharmacy and they said they would but they filled the prescription anyways. They also filled them under my name instead of my son’s name. Makes no sense

Constantly changing hours. Had to drive 20 minutes for medication. Had a handwritten note on the door saying they're not open until the following morning. But their website says they're open.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. They let it ring and put you on hold without notice. They really need to answer the phones. This is ridiculous! Management should be holding their team accountable. They even answer and let you hear them talking about how the phone just rings and they say amongst each other to leave them on hold.

I have always had patience with this Walgreens because they always deal with older people who never know how to refill their prescriptions but at the same time, you have to maintain the line because then your gonna have people like me… who wait 30 mins for a response and it is unacceptable. I had a medicine that needed to be refilled, was out of stock and told that they placed the order and that I would come today. (10-3-24) they have NOT processed it yet and I just tried to call them again, I was the first person infront of the line and I was on wait (on the phone) for 30 minutes. At this point I just transferred my order to another Walgreens that is also closer to me but alittle bit further. This is honestly really stupid. For birth control? I never had to wait DAYS for a prescription until now.

UNACCEPTABLE. if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. why in the world can’t the pharmacy answer the phone?? i’ve been placed on hold then a ringing line for the past 45 minutes with nobody in front of me. Every time I go in person there’s never a long line and the staff is extremely unprofessional. If you wanna be inconvienenced at every chance when trying to get your meds, make sure to go here!

If you want to be treated like crap from the pharmacist and pharmacy techs, then by all means go to this Walgreens. No compassion, and just overall no common sense. This is the worst pharmacy to go to in SA

I was left on hold for over 30 mins and never reached a person to speak with. I get the busy times but I even tried early in the morning and still never spoke to a live person. Just kept switching between ringing and hold music.

Very bad service, bad way of answering from the doctor (I want to think she is a doctor) white lady with Chinese hair Apparently too busy to answer a simple question. You can see that he doesn't like his job.

I transferred my medications to Walgreens after my other pharmacy was now OON due to change in insurance. Customer service is really bad, no notifications via text or phone calls that my prescriptions are ready. I'm forced to call and wait for 15 minutes or longer to check if they are ready. I called another INN pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions to them. Worst experience with a pharmacy at this location of Walgreens.

I went to the photography section to make some prints and they answered me very badly and left me waiting when I asked for help. Very bad service...

This Walgreens has the most incompetent people employed in the pharmacy. Every experience here is awful. Why do I continue coming here, right? My Blue Cross Blue Shield requires we leave prescriptions with this place. One experience they lose my prescription, a week later accuse me of not dropping it off and then find it lying on their counter. Today they tell me my medication is on back stock. When I ask the clerk why they didn't tell me yesterday so I had the opportunity to look at another Walgreens he replies she is new here. The "she" was the actual pharmacist. It is irritating to be forced to use a place where you are leaving important, private data, along with medications you need to take to uncaring, unapologetic, rude people.

What good is it have a pharmacy open until 10:00 pm if they can’t fill your prescription when you get there 2 hours before closing and they say you have to wait till the next day. I had just been seen at urgent care because I’m sick and need 2 medications to help me to start feeling better. I arrive at the pharmacy 10 minutes after my doctor but the order in which was 8:00 pm, to be turned away. They stated they had 80 prescriptions in the system and would not be able to get to. There were 4 customers in line and no card in the drive thru so who were these 80 other patients they are helping. If a patient is in there 2 hours before close face to face who has an acute condition that needs medication immediately they should be helped. If you’re short on staff they need to stated that prescriptions placed on the same day have priority to patients who are there. Those 80 patients probably won’t even pick up their medications until tomorrow or later. This is poor customer care for patients who are sick. I couldn’t even imagine if it was for a child, they think it’s okay to turn sick people away. Just because it’s in the system doesn’t make it right that it is filled first. Same day prescriptions are only filled if the patient is at the pharmacy. Something needs to changed.
