My Rx was called in Monday, I went in and they said it will be ready Wednesday. Today is Friday and they said it will not be ready until Monday. The entire Pharmacy staff should be fired and hire new people that will actually fill Rx's.
I may just switch to CVS and not waste anymore time.

Wow I can't believe the rating rating is so low, all my experiences have been great! All the pharmacists are wonderful!!They always take the time to help me even if its just for advice or information. They truly surpass HEB as far as courtesy and service.

Got a flu vaccine from the pharmacy. All was mostly well. However, the pharmacist didn't remove the air from the manufacturer's predosed/ prefilled syringe. Now there is no risk to life with a less than 1ml amount of air, regardless of route. However it does increase pain as it separates additional tissue outside for the typical volume of the immunization. It also feels gross. Its

Don’t bother with an appointment or using the QR code to check in. Or putting your info in on line. They take whoever decides to walk in, make you wait anyway and seem to have to type more than an airline agent. Been waiting 30 minutes so far and they have only given one shot of the five ahead of me. Incompetent.

I visited the pharmacy at this location on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, around noon. Emily greeted me warmly and quickly uploaded my prescriptions after I explained how urgently I needed them. She assured me she would do her best to fill them immediately. Fortunately, there was no line at the counter, and my prescriptions were ready within 10 minutes. The service was exceptional. Pharmacist Thomas answered all my questions thoroughly, and even though he was busy, I never felt rushed. At the store checkout, Hannah was incredibly sweet.
Today, I called the pharmacy, and the wait time was short. I spoke with Daniella, who was very professional. What a fantastic team they have! Give yourselves a pat on the back!

This store should close. Appointments for vaccines not honored (we don't have it - come back later). I took time to make an appointment, I should receive a text or email saying that they don't have the vaccines. Plus, the perpetual nonsense happening in the parking lot.
