My 80 yr old mother and I went to pick up her medication through the drive thru. The young lady at the register was very very nice. The mood changed when the rude pharmacist came to the window. This pharmacist talked very smart.. My mother is 80 yrs old and unfortunately she forgets sometimes to tell her doctor some things. This rude pharmacist had the nerve to get smart. We have had several issues with this location because of the rude people they keep hiring. They need to start including in their job interviews a personality test and racist questions. They need to fire that rude ,hateful pharmacist ! I'm going to call their corporate office and complain about that so call pharmacist. I'm going to change to CVS right up the street. The pharmacist at CVS is so nice ! I wouldn't trust getting no more medication at this location !

**Walgreens Photo Service Review**
I recently had a frustrating experience with Walgreens Photo Services that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for prints and was pleased to receive both an email and a text notification confirming that my order was complete. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my photos, I was informed that they were not ready. I was told to come back the following day.
Determined to resolve the issue, I called the store the next day and was assured that my photos would be ready within 1-2 hours. After waiting patiently, I made another trip to the store, only to discover that I had to wait for an additional hour before my photos were finally ready.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my prints, I was extremely disappointed to find that they were completely misaligned and poorly produced. It felt like my simple order had turned into a major hassle, and the quality was far below my expectations.
Overall, my experience with Walgreens Photo Services was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can improve their communication and quality control in the future, as I would love to support a local business that values customer satisfaction.

Very talkative people in pharmacy that can’t work and talk at same time. Had a script for cough medicine sent around 5pm. Went following day just after 10am. Was told come back in 20-30min. Came back 46 minutes later and still not ready. Need another 10-15 minutes.

I had a prescription filled with them no problem. Then I catch the flu bug and go to get my prescription filled but now all of a sudden there is conflicting information and they can't fill it. Very strange. I think I'll just change to walmart on the northside.

Misty the pharmacist was very rude. I greeted her respectfully and nicely... Very unfriendly and unwelcoming.... Didn't answer any of my questions and was unsure about everything I asked.... Very disappointed that they have people like this working in a very important position... A PHARMACIST!!!!!

Very bad customer service I showed up at 1:30 to pick up meds for my uncle and they said to bad so sad come back in 30 minutes. I was like it’s exactly 1:30 and would not attend me I had to wait 30 minutes it was the Dr who recommended this pharmacy I would have never came here after seeing there reviews.

It's not bad, the only thing is that the store always seems dirty, I see the employees trying their best to keep it clean and in good condition, maybe it's that the customers are not cooperating...

WORST PHARMACY EVER! This place is a joke. Ridiculously long waits when there’s only one or two customers, they never have your meds in stock and it takes them forever to order them, prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Went there to pick up a prescription for my wife and they told me that they didn’t get the chance to work on it and to come back the next day. The next day, same thing. Went back the following and what do you know? Same story. Apparently this is something that they always do to customers. Just shut this place down so people don’t keep waisting there time and get the meds they need on time.

I got my Dr to switch my prescriptions to HEB pharmacy. Walgreens is way too slow. The only pharmacy where there can be no one in line and you still have to wait. Just shut it down.?

What a waste of time trying to pick up photos here. I received an email indicating the order was ready for pickup and the employee informed me that it was not able to be done because they were all sideways. Yet an email that everything was printed was completed.Horrible customer service and when I asked why I even received an email for pickup the man shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know.Do better Walgreens!

I made a vaccine appointment for 6:10 pm and checked in promptly. I sat and waited for almost an hour to actually get my vaccine. After that, I still needed to wait to be checked out. I didn't leave the pharmacy until 7:20 p.m.
