Older woman with thick glasses was lazy and rude. She refused to take my fedex return and said “we don’t do that here” unless it has the box that it came in, which is a lie and I had a QR code that generates the label. She is clearly incompetent and shouldn’t be working with the public because her attitude and demeanor are not fit to be working customer service.
The younger girl, on the other hand, that my husband spoke to when he called to say that the older woman refused my service, was extremely apologetic, sweet, and seemed to be embarrassed about her co workers lack of professionalism.

An hr before closing and they dont do reload or accept cash. This manger so lazy it doesn't take that long to do your job if you been doing it correctly for a while.

I was inside the store for 20 minutes grabbing my purchases and then they came to tell me that I couldn't pay for anything, why didn't they let them know that they were going to close? So you don't waste time inside the store, they are very unconscious, you can't play with other people's time.

The store cannot even provide a restroom for customers deering business hours. But I'm not worried because HEB and Walmart will close them down soon like the rest.

Sylvia and cennie, are two of the most unprofessional and rude women that I have encountered in a while. Sylvia was supposed to print out a document for me, but when I arrived. She told me, “we don’t do that here.” Cennie proceeds to put her 2 cents in. I ended up printing my document on a picture instead. While all this is occurring, these women are talking about their co-worker. A younger cashier, how she isn’t worth anything, slow and on her phone. Then calling the kids shopping in her store “little brats”. I was a little shocked, then I read her name tag, and she was a SHIFT LEAD. I left and came back to the photo area, to over hear Sylvia and Cennie talking about me. lol they’re bullies. & rude for no reason. Do better.

If I can give this place zero stars I would that how bad it was. Hello my husband had went into y'all store to get some feminine hygiene product while I wait in the car with our baby. He happened to get the wrong products I use and I went inside to get the right one I didn't have the right receipt. He had picked up some photos I had and I had that he didn't get the receipt for the other items and I was just seeing if I could do a swap this only happened minutes apart. I wasn't sure why it was impossible to do the swap when the cashier was the one that helped my husband and she didn't give it to him. He went in and was getting the right one after they had told me no so I had to get out of the car wake up my baby from her sleep to see if we can get the problem resolved still a no. I asked for the manager she was on her way she didn't look to happy to see us but which is understandable an upset customer doesn't seem to be good either way. But still no it just doesn't make sense the ones he got I won't use and would never so now I have some that will go to waste. Overall sucks no wonder get 1.5 stars.
