Terrible service, rude employee! I had a bad ear infection, I was in pain and I need it my antibiotics, they toll me to come back in 3 hours, I came back 4 hours later, the drive through line was long so I decide to go inside and TWO people were helping one customer for 20 minutes!!! I asked if the could open another cashier, she gave me a awful look and toll me they were doing their best!! So I decide to leave within my medication. Never again will I use that location!!!

9 out of 10 times i go here I wait an hour to get my prescriptions even though they are ready. Its not worth to get anything filled here now that they are not 24/7.

Cashiers were great, but the manager on duty was rude and short with both the customers and employees. I will shop here again but if the same manager is on duty I will get his name and report him if he is still behaving rudely.

The staff is friendly and the pharmacy well stocked. They accept payments with all cards, including AMEX.
Its hallways with everything you need to relieve your discomfort.

The lady behind the counter yelled out to my daughter that she hopes her flu shot really hurts when she went there to get it!
Actually, the lady, Bella, is super nice and knows our family after us going there several times. This made my daughter chuckle and took away her anxiety. They are super cool and friendly there!

Just the line was long. Had to wait, But I know how that goes and the staff did try to get it down. The catch is usually with a customer holding it up.

***WALGREENS CORPORATE ***TAKE NOTICE of you rx staff that are failing their patients in the medical center. I was by far not the only person today that this is aff failed.
Worst Pharmacy ever! Perfect Exampl of Why Walgreens is Toast
Got there at 8:22am it would be 30 minutes because they just opened at 8:22am? Mhmm hours say 8am. Shouldn't you be ready when it says they're open? Terrible excuse.
Marsela is by far the rudest and least professional tech I've ever dealt with. I've been using this pharmacy for years, no problem but today when it said that id wait. Marisela was not happy. Apparently she's not capable of admitting she's wrong either. She thinks I told myself it would be a 30-45 minute wait?
So after 3 hours and no update from marisela I politely asked another tech what's taking so long and she told me their checking the RX w my doctor but couldn't tell me why.
I drive back to the Drs office and then have them call to find out what the problem is and reported back that there was no error and Walgreens would have it ready in 15 minutes. Thank God I have an amazing dr so are his team!
3 hours waiting and not one update from marsela or whatever her name is. This tech and her the pharmacy literally decided to not fill when there was no error just because i said I would wait to have the one single Rx filled if it was gonna be 30 or 45 minutes. And she didn't want me to because she thought that they were too busy to fill my one walk in. And you know they filled a dozen others while I waited without update for 3 hours. The actual pharmacist is called by me multiple.tines to immunize ppl and while I was waiting for the script that I was told would take 30-45 minutes and never updated again until I asked 3 hours later for " an update on the status because I couldn't wait any longer"

The Walgreens store itself is okay. But the pharmacy is a complete joke. I first started coming here only because the pharmacy was open 24 hours. Then they cut their hours and stopped being open 24-7. I tolerated that (despite this location always, for years now, being insanely slow to handle pharmacy business) because moving prescriptions is a pain. But today was the last straw. I called today about a refill my doctor sent over a day before. It was supposed to be ready within the hour. I went by two hours later and one pharmacy clerk asked me to wait. I waited so long that I honestly thought they forgot about me, so I went up to the counter again. The first person who helped me had disappeared, and the other pharmacy clerk said that the pharmacist was still “reviewing the prescription” and it would not be ready until tomorrow. Nothing needed to be reviewed - this is a refill of a very common drug that I have already been taking for months now. When I expressed my irritation about this incompetence, the clerk could not have cared less. Not even an apology. I am getting this refill done and then immediately moving my prescriptions elsewhere. This place shouldn’t even run a pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I called to find out why they had canceled my prescription; got hung up on five times. They never told me why it was canceled, never got a notice it was canceled. The staff is rude, unprofessional and seemingly ignorant. They tell me they can’t deliver my prescription, then they tell me they’ve already charged me for it.

DO NOT use pharmacy here. Save yourself frustration. Went through the drive through and tech said come back in 20 mins because my prescription wasn’t ready. She said they will call. I didn’t get a call. I came back in 30 to find out they’re closed for the day. They just wanted to rush me off to clock out. Go to CVS across the street they stay open longer.
