Done with Walgreens in general. This company has become nothing but a shame in terms of their pharmacy. Medications are over priced. They refuse to work with their customers. CVS offers better prices hands down and will even find coupons for you to save. I will be no longer using Walgreens for medications.

The store was very clean. The employees were very friendly. They had exactly what I was looking for and I found it quickly. Just more expensive than other places. At HEB the Mucinex packs are $22.44 and here at Walgreens it was $29.99. but at HEB they didn't have the pack I needed so I got it here. But I get competitive pricing.

Drive thru to pick up medications HORRIBLE !!! Waiting in line with two vehicles in front of us NOT MOVING at all !!!! We have been in line for 20 mins. This place is beyond SLOW !!!! If their prescription is not ready then they should get out of line and come back around. This is ridiculous !!! Every other place makes you pull over so that other people are not waiting. I am ready to switch pharmacies because this is not the first time !!!!

Your staff needs a customer service course. They close at 10, I arrived at 8:30, they were more interested in counting the box than in helping me. I'M NOT COMING BACK.

Honestly want to cancel any prescriptions I have here. They close at 8 and even if you’re in line in store or in the drive thru at 7:30, once it hits 8, they simply close up and say they won’t (“can’t”) help you anymore. This has happened to me 3 times when I have been waiting long before the pharmacy closes. I would rather get mail order or CVS or H‑E‑B and drive farther than pay people that don’t want my business. SMH

Do not do business with Walgreens, they do not stand behind their customers. Purchased Apple Card from their store that was scammed/voided. Card # inside purchase sleeve didn’t even match the one on the outside of the sleeve. Apple says the retailer should exchange or refund, Walgreens say it’s not their problemHow much you wanna bet the cost to them over the lawsuit im going to file is gonna be a whole lot more than the $130 they took from me. Attorney costs to show up in court alone…As a retailer, if my customer has a problem “I” deal with it because I’m the one buying this stuff from the manufacturer/distributor and I have the leverage.My company’s reputation is worth more than $130.I will not be doing business with Walgreens for anything until they make this right.
