How much to say we went to get our vaccinations I got my covid-19 and the pneumonia vaccines and I exercised my arm like they told me to, but the next day I had a big ball further down on my arm, which by the way has never happened before, and I've always gotten them at CVS before, so there's that!

I'm disappointed with the service I received when attempting to pick up my order at store #11521. Despite arriving promptly at 7:11 pm for an order scheduled to be completed by 6:40 pm, the manager informed me that they were short-staffed and unable to fulfill my order that day. The manager's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, showing annoyance towards my request. As a customer, I believe it's unacceptable to be treated in such a manner, especially when the fault lies with the store's staffing issues. I chose this location for its convenience, only to be met with inconvenience and poor service.

I am so dissatisfied with this Walgreens. I went to get my booster shot yesterday (10/15/2022) and my appointment was scheduled for 2:45. I came in at 2:37 to get there early so I am not missed. I saw the pharmacist walk back in from break and at the time it was only two of us waiting. People came in afterwards and I noticed that they were being takin care of before me. Finally I went back to the counter a little after 3 to ask if they were still going to call me, and that’s when everything started going downhill. First they said that I was late coming when I actually wasn’t then the pharmacist and techs were really cruel and non professional about handling the situation also with accusing me of lying about my time getting there. When I asked if they were gonna see me still they said they couldn’t even though I had a scheduled appointment. I don’t want to make this a racial issue but I am African American and everyone else was not and was treated and seen way before they even thought about acknowledging me.

Don't get your photos printed here. The customer service experience was awful. I had placed an order for a photo album on a Tuesday and I called the following Thursday to get an update on my order and the employee said that my album hadn't been printed, that he didn't know how to do it, and that it was possible that employees were avoiding the album. Once it got completed and I went to pick up the album, I noticed the album cover wasn't properly glued down as the cover had a massive air bubble 1 inch wide and 1 inch raised. I requested for my album to be made again and once I received the second album the cover was sticky. I tried to wipe off the stickiness at home but some of the ink came off with it. Overall horrible experience and quality.

Staff is great, but policy not following CDC guidlines.
FYI, they need your documents when you got your second dose to be able to get a booster. (My fault for loosing it on my move to SA) They said it has to be the same brand of shot, and they have to see which ones you already received.
Update, if you used the VSafe system, you can present that as your records and will be able to get your vacine shot.

Worst pharmacy experience. People are sick, trying to get their medications.. where is your compassion?!? The pharmacy tech asks me to come back in 15 minutes, that my meds will be ready. What do I do, give them 25 minutes, only to get told they don’t have my medication. Then I get told I had to chose another pharmacy from a list of pharmacies that are closed. I appreciate the patience of the pharmacy tech, but Walgreens, you have to do better. Then the pharmacist has the audacity to tell me to get out of the drive thru, like he owns it, when there are two lanes. Maybe if you had your stuff together, there wouldn’t be a line. The expectation was for me to waste more of my time and expensive gas, yet again while they find my medications. These Med counts should be in real time, and you have to be more aware of what stores are open or not. I hate Walgreens, unfortunately because of my insurance, I’m forced to use your services. If you don’t like your job of helping ill people, and providing life saving treatments, then maybe you should find another job. I myself would use another pharmacy if my insurance allowed. Please consider being more professional & compassionate towards the people who keep you in business.

I went in yesterday to get my three young children’s passport photos taken. We went to the photo area and stood there while two employees chatted about non-work related topics. Finally one acknowledged me without any apology and helped us. They took the pics quickly and said it’d take about 10 mins to print. My kids and I walked around the store for 10 mins and as we were walking back to the photo area the employee told me that five people were ahead of us and it would be another 10-15 mins. I’m not sure why that couldn’t have been said to start with. We stood by the photo area for another 10 mins and finally decided to pay and come back to pick them up.I came back this morning. The person who helped me was highly irritated for having to even interact with me. When I said they didn’t take any of my info down the day before she got even more irritated. I’m sure she was annoyed with the other employees but either way it came across as very unprofessional. Overall a terrible experience and one I’m glad I don’t have to repeat any time soon.

Isabella is very professional. I can always expect my prescriptions to be timely. Ms.Rivera is kind and even helped me find an item in the store floor. Walgreens needs to hire more people like this !
