I would give this Walgreens 0 stars. They would not check their data base to see if another Walgreens had medication in stock as they were out of stock. Call H-E-B. They were helpful, kind and very accommodating.

The pharmacist doesn’t care about compounding a prescription correctly. They don’t train their staff correctly to compound prescriptions. Twice I’ve had to double check. I don’t understand how hard it is to do the job right the first time.

Just received a call from Brianna!!! Wonderful lady, friendly reminder to pick up meds I had forgotten about. And discussed a new one I'm nervous about especially because of price. She offered a lesser quantity to try out. And option to refill if it works out. What an awesome option I had no idea I had. Thanks Brianna!!

Happy shoutout to the pharmacy here! Even with my significantly unusual allergies and insurance process, I'm regularly handled quickly and with so little stress and drama. It's miraculous, considering how shockingly, overwhelmingly difficult it has been in the past with other locations and chains. I'm closer to other Walgreens, and even more alternative pharmacies, but this is the place I can trust with my case consistently.

Been on hold for a while. They keeping answering then looping to hold. A simple, I’ll be right with you would be fine. I see why their rating is low. Spent practically my lunch on hold. Do better!

Cashier was very kind. 5/26/24 8am walked in got detergent tide on sale and colgate on sale with rewards also using digitals. Everything went through Everything was stocked and organized. Thank you walgreens

Went into the pharmacy to get a flue shot. I also made an appointment ahead to get in and out. Understand that sometimes there are delays. A gentlemen was there ahead of me. I inform them I had arrived for my appointment. The man had asked the young lady if he could get the flue shot and she cued him in. Well they were busy with training and customers. After waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment. The pharmacist call the man without an appointment for his shot. I did express my discontent with the techs and the pharmacist but she said nonchalantly that it happens. I said what is the appointment line for then. She dismissed me and laughed about it and replied she was not going to argue. The sadness of this is not even an apology. All I can say is I will never return there. I suggest you go to Walmart pharmacy for shots etc. They treat customers with respect and appreciation. Without customers you do not have a job. We the customers pay your salary.
