Ok guys, give the 24Walgreens so slack. Imagine if you had to deal with sick people mad wanting fast service at a 24 Walgreens. I had the best experience. They turned around my husband prescription in 30 minutes. They knew my name and the very nice short long brown hair customer service cashier complimented me on my nails. The pharmacist explained the prescription and the price was $2.00. The cashier at the front welcomed me I will be bak and five stars to you guys!

Worst experience ever! Dropped off my daughter's prescription and when I went back to pick up after an hour, I was told it was not filled because there was some missing information. They didn't even call me to tell me. Then they told me 15 minutes and when I went back, there were 8 cars in line. I went inside thinking it would be faster. WRONG...there were 6 people in line and no one was move the line along. Went back outside to get in line through drive thru and 50 minutes later, I was finally able to pick up my prescription.

I live really close and come to this Walgreens all the time. There is an older lady in here short grey hair glasses who works the late evenings and she is horrible every single time I come to this store. Horrible attitude, short, rude, hostile. And ive seen her do it to other people too while we are waiting in line to be checked out by her, the only cashier so we have no choice but to put up with bitter attitude. Management should have already recognized or is not pay enough attention.

I was very upset to know ow that the banner machine was not working, for 2 weeks. And I had to drive 20-25 min to another location. Big inconvenience since I only live 5 min away from this location.

How does a pharmacy keep running out of medicines? Within the past 6 months, I was told they were “out of stock” on my medicine. In October and November they were out of stock of Hydrocodone for my back and 2 days ago I get a message saying my prescription for Antibiotics is back ordered. So I call this morning to find out when it would be in and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, the pharmacist says they have no prescription request for me. Really????
Of course they have plenty of the latest Covid booster shots that I don’t want!
Time to change pharmacies and hope the other ‘pharmacies’ understand how to order medicines other then Covid booster shots!
