Some Walgreens have pretty good customer service but this isn’t one of them. I’ve had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. I went at lunchtime today to pick up 2,prescriptions that were supposed to be ready yesterday. Only 1 was ready so I had to go back this afternoon after getting an email telling me it was ready. There were 2 cars in front of me. 25 minutes later I get to the window and the person working the window held my script up and asked if I wanted it charged on my card on file. She then set my script down and came back 5 minutes later to hand it out the window. I asked why she made me wait so long and she said something that had nothing to do with me. If she cared about customer service she would have given me my script and then taken care of something else.

I moved a few years ago closer to this Walgreens. It is so much better, less congested and friendlier than the one I had been going to for 10 years. They are only 4 miles apart and I should have come here from the start

I'm visiting San Antonio, and needed to fill a prescription from my doctor in Montana. Pharmacist Phil @ Walgreens took down my information, called my pharmacy in Hamilton MT, and had it for me the very next day. Awesome service, much appreciated.

I don't shop at Walgreens other than to pick up my meds. The pharmacy staff are professional. I get reminder calls if I forget to pick them up. It's close to home and I'm pleased with the support they provide when new meds are ordered.

Elena Blanco (cashier) is very rude and l wanted to put funds on my cash app card. She was snatching items from me. Putting my id on the counter. I usually have a great experience there but, don’t interact with her she is not happy with her job. She needs better customer services.

Walgreens is admittedly a huge retailer, which is why their best assets are those who work at each location. This location excels at hiring great workers who are personable, friendly, professional and who genuinely want to help. Kudos in particular to the staff of the pharmacy at this location -- personally I will change locations and drive for miles to have a good pharmacy experience, and the staff here clearly excel at providing a stellar customer experience. Clean and well-maintained, ample parking, safe location, appropriately stocked.

The wait for the pharmacy here is ridiculous. Every time I come it’s at least a 15 min wait and that’s with very few people in line. Doesn’t help that the staff is also very rude.

I went to Walgreens tonight and a young lady named Jessica helped me out. She was very kind and asked me if I found everything in the store that I needed. She was also in the register where she also assisted me and she was able to help me with a coupon situation that the Walgreens 20800 US HIGHWAY 281 NSan Antonio, TX 78258 couldn’t even help me out with. They rejected a simple coupon .

This place is amazing, Jessica and Ricardo took care of my photo order for my daughters memorial cards. They did everything and are God sent for me in these hard times for me. They are amazing!!!
