This was a good pharmacy but there hasn't been a single prescription they haven't botched in the last year. When you work with the doctors to have any issues fixed, they blame you entirely and don't accept that they made a mistake. And when trying to fill your orders you have to deal with their attitude or mumbling so quiet you have to ask what they're saying four times just to get an answer. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else. The extra drive is worth it to avoid this place.

The cashier and the manager were very rude. I'm not a couponer who resells. I only use the app for personal purchases and take advantage of the coupons they offer, which sometimes don't work at the register. On this occasion, they didn't want to validate them because, according to them, I needed to buy two identical items. The coupons aren't from the store; they're from the manufacturer, and it clearly states that they apply to one item. I'm not going to beg, I'm going to buy. They made me feel very bad.

My wife went in today to get passport photos made. We asked if we could also get digital copy, they said yes. Once we received the link in her email, we downloaded to get the original picture not the passport photo. So we wasted our time and gas to go back, just to be told that is how it comes and was directions to edit it. No directions to edit. I clicked the FAQ link in email and it says we were to get the passport photo.
If you want this photo in digital format DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

All those that work here are amazing. Especially Krisel. She was very attentive and help me with the misplacement of my gift cards and was so sweet and kind. I honor their hard work and all the Resident's here at Charleston love this Walgreens.

Shaquille sharquel she didn’t want to tell me her name right , tall white and blackish hair with glassses , was being very rude very racist she was not being nice and I thought Walgreens was a safe place she kicked me out of store for no reason ,

Pharmacy manager is unprofessional & inefficient. I went against my best judgment (and a plethora of existing negative reviews for this location) and tried to have my prescription refilled here, but was told - after a 30 minute wait - that I could not receive my order. Was given a vague, inconsistent reasoning for this, at which point I didn't want to waste any more time and simply thanked them for the time spent. Will not be returning to this Walgreens at any point in the future.
