Very bad at filling prescripts. You have to call and ask them about your order just for them to start working on it. I placed an order over a week ago and I’m still waiting. If I show up they’ll say come back in the afternoon. Then they say tomorrow or it’s only a partial.

Within the last six months, I have transferred my prescriptions to this Walgreens, instead of a really bad one also in the area. I have found this Walgreens to be consistently responsive in all areas: they actually answer the phone when you call, and are helpful, courteous and efficient; the same people seem to be working there all the time, which is a good sign; and they make the whole process of getting prescriptions easier. I hope they continue to leave me with no complaints.

By far the worst I've had the misfortune to deal with. They don't answer the phone, will continue to put people on hold until they close if someone calls after 7pm.
Have had more IT issues than I can count, each time causing me to have to wait for my prescriptions.
I wanted to give this place more time before I wrote a review, but three times in a row they messed up my prescriptions and that's just dangerous. Lord knows what other prescriptions they mess up that can have catastrophic impacts. CVS is much better.

Never answer their phones like ever and their hours are also wrong and refuse to fix it.

Employees go above and beyond for their customers. Gustavo took the jacket off his back to assist me with taking my passport photo after being informed I was wearing the wrong color. 10/10

Keep an eye on your prescription. The lady with the strong accent did not label it correctly. She said she typed what the doctor said. I called the doctor and they said she was wrong. This could be very damaging. I have been going to this walgreens for years. I might just have to make a change. She doesn't admit when she is wrong! It's very important to type the correct prescription! You're going to end up killing someone. 😡

This is easily one of the worst places you can go. Employees are super rude and they are never on the cash register, so if you buy something you will have to look to someone to help you process the payment and it could take minutes for someone to go, and many times they start calling for another employee to go and receive the payment.

Do not go to this pharmacy!! They’ve been closed for the last 2 days and I cannot get my Rx filled anywhere else because they aren’t open to cancel my request!! Idk if they don’t open on weekends but if you need immediate assistance, this is not the place to go.

This pharmacy can’t get their act together! I have been filling my scripts there for almost a year and now all of a sudden they don’t have my insurance info. Stopped by on the 27th of September to pick up a med and was told wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday following week. Told me they would call me and never did. Today I come in to pick it up thinking surely it would be ready. Nope! And I’m told they never got the script! Logged into my patient portal and showed them proof that med was ordered to their pharmacy on the 27th! Have to wait for them to call clinic to get approval. Don’t get me started on their automated system that’s all screwed up! This is not the first time I have had issues with this pharmacy filling meds. Doctor sends refill request and then pharmacy seems to get amnesia or something cause they forget to fill it. So frustrating!! Only because this location is convenient to me do I use them. Something’s gotta give with their personnel and lack of organization! They seriously need some training. 😡

This store on 1604/ military is the worst ever! I don’t like to use this pharmacy but my insurance contracts with Walgreens. They have been cancelling out my script which is a pain med script. For going on 2 weeks they keep saying in process, cancelled, no insurance, so I call them and every employee says something different. I’ve had my dr call it in 3x already and today I go again to pick up my meds and they say it’s in “process” and come back. I said no it keeps cancelling, he was like well just come back later. The minute I walk in my home I get an alert it’s “cancelled” so I call up there and ask for the pharmacist. She’s was rude and no help and didn’t even care that they have been giving me the run around for two weeks. Her excuse was it’s our system at this store. Have your dr call it in to a different Walgreens! I was like no why…. She said I can’t help you ma’am call your dr. 😡 the worst experience ever!
