Based on the reviews, and for some time now, MANAGEMENT needs to investigate what is going on with this pharmacy. I've totally have had it with them and will be looking for a new pharmacy. In the past 6 months I've experienced all the complaints listed in these reviews plus some. MANAGEMENT needs to resolve immediately!

Text reminders of upcoming refills, ready for pickup reminders. If there's a problem will let you know, will call prescriber for permission to refill . Staff always quick a friendly, ready to answer questions

I love coming to this Walgreens location, the employees arealways very polite and helpful specially Seth. The store is clean and very organized. Makes the experience more pleasant.

Literally the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever seen and dealt with. Go to the one off of 281 and Evans instead they take their job more serious. And no I’m not over reacting. Called at 9am to ask how long it will take for my husband’s prescription to be filled…. Their serious answer was…. Well we close at 5pm. so then asked again, how long it will take and they said maybe it will be ready around 2pm. Mind you they aren’t even half as busy as the location on Evans….. their work ethic makes zero sense and this is not the only sad interaction I have had with them. I’ve also called prior to arriving to see if a prescription is ready which they tell me, yes it is. Then I show up and it is sadly not ready and they then proceed to tell me it will be ready in a couple hours…

This store is so convenient to stop and shop at but I do not. The prices are so high. You shouldn’t have to pay a premium price for convenience at Walgreens. They are a large corporation with buying power. They are letting overpriced goods and poor customer service put them out of business.

The whole brand needs a redo and revival but this store was clean and overall good. The customer service is not consistent. The wait time in the line is sad only because the cashiers ignore you for their personal conversations or another task. The person standing in front of you should be priority number 1.

Terrible communication and customer service! Literally called 10mins maybe less before coming in to make sure they do passport pictures, female on the phone said “yeah”. For me to go in and have them say they can’t take the picture because they don’t have the film or whatever they need. Do better and save your customers a trip!!!

Went to pick up a prescription possessing a $10 copay card and advised the technician of such. . She instead charged my credit card nearly $300. They called me just now and when I brought it up, they hung up on me.

Hugo is one of the pharmaceutical associates at this location. I found on multiple occasions over several years, reliable professional and follows through on whatever request or inquiries - a rare commodity in these days, hustle and bustle and self-service business world thank you, Hugo for bringing the service back to Walgreens.
