I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the only seemingly employed human inside the building hung out at the photo area talking to another customer, refusing to acknowledge the line growing at her register. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a just a moment.” Just full on ignored ever y single person she is being paid to acknowledge.

This pharmacy has to be the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been too. I have tried it a couple of times because of how close it is to my house but never again. They are rude, very lazy and just flat out don't care.

Andrew from the pharmacy just saved me $20 on my prescription by looking it up on GoodRx for me, so much appreciated, we don't have insurance. They've been very helpful getting our prescriptions switched over from HEB

Do not use this pharmacy, they dont send you an update once its ready, you call and they dont answer or hang up while you were on hold for 10mins. Or once you get someone, they are rude. Had to wait over 9hrs for my daughter's prescription, they did not notify me, I had to stop by to ask because no one was answering the phone. And it turned out it was already ready.
Never been to a Walgreens pharmacy with bad customer service.

Very disappointed with the quality and even more disappointed with the customer service here. I would not recommend using the printing services at this location.
When I first tried to print, the clerk said he couldn’t start the print in store and suggested using the online app. Then the online order was never completed because their machine went down. Sadly I got nice emails saying it was all good until hours later when I called to check why I hadn’t gotten the “pick up” email, THEN they told me the machine was down.
Weeks later I tried a third time to use their printing services. (My bad decision, but it’s so close!) I called to verify that their machine had been fixed, but when I got the order it was on the wrong paper and several pages were of poor ink quality or smudged.
The cashier was very nice but referred me to a young female manager who was not only unhelpful but outright lied about the weight of the paper until I asked to see it, then blamed all errors on Walgreen’s upper management saying, “that’s all they sent us”.
Hoping that “upper management “ gets it together and gets a real manager in there so we can have a well run store in our neighborhood.

They need to add SELF CHECK OUT. The lines are ridiculous to go in really quick for a single item!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The entire store is marked with signs advertising discounts and deals, but when I got to the register, none of the discounts were actually valid. The picture below is just one example. I spoke with the manager, who explained that the items were incorrectly placed but did not remedy the situation by removing the misleading sale signs, and left them to further confuse customers.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, where customers are lured in with false promises, then pressured to buy at full price once they've already invested time and effort. It's incredibly frustrating, and honestly, my time felt completely wasted.
After this experience, I have a much greater appreciation for the transparency of pricing at stores like Amazon and HEB. I won't be returning, and I hope others are aware of the misleading practices here or any other Walgreens.

Don’t ever have a package held at this location. They will return your package without your permission! 0 stars to this place, & crappy customer service!!

I have been a customer here over 7+ years. A few weeks ago a floater pharmacist by the name of Angela McCollum flagged my account and asked me in the drop off - pick up line in front of everyone if I am a controlled substance and then in front of 20 people waiting told me I could no longer come there to refill my prescriptions since my doctor is tele-health. Mind you my doctor was originally local but passed away and the office gave me contacts fortunately have me a list of providers. They are all tele-health. She said I can’t use a tele health and have to use someone local and there is a new law now. She said unless I not longer come there for that medication. My doctor said it’s illegal and they cannot do that and there is no such law. I called the general manager several time in one week due to the incident as this pharmacy violated my civil right, HIPAA laws, and gave severe anxiety worsening my condition. The general manager hung up on me. I have all the conversations recorded. It’s insane the way they treated me. This was weeks ago. Fast forward to today and I am battling a muscle spasm in my back and go figure my account if flagged and they weren’t able to fill my prescriptions again but then all of sudden they were after stating urgent care descriptions were not clear who I called while there and they had no idea what I was talking about or what they were talking about. The pharmacist that night told me my account was flagged and I wouldn’t be able to pick up my medication. That was sheila and she is the pharmacy manager! She also discussed my medication name in the line in front of other customers and violated HIPPA and my civil rights. Please don’t use these pharmacy. They are doing so many things illegally and all need to be reported to the board of pharamcy. Walgreens should also be put out of business for what they are allowing to happen because the general manager does not care about anything has never called me back and neither has corporate. The general manager of this store also told me corporate has no resolution and there only response to me was sorry. Stop giving this place your money and file a lawsuit or if any others have experience this I would love to hear from you and we can file a multiple person lawsuit for what they are doing and hopefully let them pay for medical bills since they won’t fill our prescriptions which worsens our condition and blasting information and causing me to have anxiety even more so because of rules they seem fit. This pharmacy is awful. I shouldn’t have to go anywhere else if I have been a faithful customer for over 7 years but I will never be treated so awful as I have here the last times I have. How do they override a physician and tell you which doctors you can and can’t see. I’m just blown away.

If a provider calls in medications to the pharmacy for their patients, those scripts should be filled without double verification by the pharmacist. This pharmacy has twice, in the past month, asked questions about things sent over by the physician. Both physicians advised us to switch away from Walgreens pharmacy because of these policies and stated that if Walgreens wants to question my care of my patient then they should open a clinic to treat patients there. I agree with these doctors. Also if this is a policy for the pharmacy, they should provide above and beyond customer service to make sure the issue is taken care of before I stop to get medications for a patient, who was just released following surgery, at 5pm on a Friday. A GOOD customer service and pharmacy would make sure it was taken care of for the patient when the issue is flagged in the system and not wait until I come in to pick up the script. This happens over and over for any prescription we fill with Walgreens and it is just awful customer service in my opinion so if you are looking for a good pharmacy that gives you that special care, Walgreens is not it.

100% honest, this is the hardest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent, they are never on time. They never do what they're supposed to my medications are never ready when needed and they are necessary for my life to run, they don't care about people they care about numbers and on top of everything else. But When they do fill my prescriptions, certain ones are short every single month, at least 4 to 5 pills. They steal my medicine on top of everything else. And half the time they close with no warning, because apparently they have no pharmacist, so you end up sick just because they can't get their employees to work pathetic horrible never again. Trust me, go anywhere but here read the ratings.I'm not the only one. And Im sorry they don't even deserve the 2.9 stars they have and I guarantee you that 2.9 is for the store itself and not the pharmacy

They don't want to fill your prescriptions that you have been on for years without talking to your doctor and interrogating them and you. The pharmacist questions my doctor as if they know better. What a clown show this pharmacy has become.
Stay away from Walgreens. They lost another family of customers for life!
