My battery was low so I got a jump start to Wallmart on Bandera . I arrived early around 9a.m. There were several people with appointments ahead of me. The girl working came out and put a new battery in my car and I think I stood In line longer to pay then it took her to do that. But everyone working was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend going there with any car troubles.

Went back to get my tires re-torqued and they checked out a noise from my tires and fixed it for free. The employees were really helpful and nice! Thank you guys.

3-4-23, 8030 Bandera Rd location.Ridiculous employees behavior with our car.Robert T. did peeling out circles in back lot after 4 new tires were installed. I asked him, is that an how your supposed to drive customers cars? and he said, yes we got to test drive, and I said not like that! I reported it to Walmart Ethics on the 6th. On the 10th I get a call from Steven, an automotive care center team lead from the same store. He gave no apology for the action and instead talked about standard steps for tire replacement. He also said he would be reviewing the video. Seems like the good ol'boy mentality is firmly in place at this location. I've tried to contact the store manager and rarely get out but May 5th I went to customer service. I asked to speak to the store manager they said they don't know how to get in contact with the store manager except with the number at the front of the store. I told them that's the number to the store and they were surprised. I said there was no way through the phone options to leave a message. I asked if they know of an email or voicemail to contact this supposed manager, they said no they have no idea. How is it possible for a Walmart to not have an on duty store manager?

Very annoying sat there for ten minutes just to see prices on slow leak tire the tech had no communication skills and told me when I was ready to let him know when I can pull in the bay when he’s the tech seemed like he didn’t want to help, then walked off with no concern so I spent my money at another place

I went there to get new wipers for my car, I called before going.I was told they had the type wipers I needed for my 2015 Kia. I went and they put them on without a long wait.

The service is great. The cashier, since there is always just one is slow. If the scheduling of service and paying for items was quicker it would be a 5 star service.

Do not have the knowledge or the skill to take off tires on different types of wheels. Brought in a 20" reverse mount wheel and they claimed the machine wouldn't go wide enough which is ridiculous and just needed a flat repair. I came on a Sunday because no one else is open but will never do that again. If you need anything tire related just go to DISCOUNT TIRE! This place is trash

Went for an oil change. Was given a time frame and was told I would get a call when done. It was taking much longer than expected so I went to the desk to ask about it. Mind you, you can't sit anywhere since the waiting room is closed due to covid, so I had to walk around the store the entire time. Turns out my car was ready, so I paid and got in my car. Looked at the paperwork and turns out I was wondering the store for more than an hour after the service completion time. Never got a call. Moral of the story, don't hesitate to be THAT customer and check in on the status of your car. I chose not to be and wasted my time.
