Was trying to get my tire patched. Was told my groceries would be fine and it would just take a couple minutes. An hour later and I have to walk around the store to find someone and ask about my car. Come to find out they never patched it and just put it to the side. No one let me know and then I had to replace my groceries. Glad the mechanics all got to sit on the hood of their car and take pictures though. Looked like a lot of fun. Maybe next time, they’ll take a break from picture taking and let the customer know they won’t be repairing their car. And now somehow my battery is having problems. Wondering what they did to my car since they never fixed what they were supposed to

I will never be visiting this Auto Center again?. If you guys didn't want to help me in the first place y'all should just say that and send people somewhere else instead of wasting their time. I literally just went in for a battery swap and you guys put several other people before me when I went in before them. It takes 5-10 minutes to do a battery swap.

They used to take walk ins for oil changes , got there and was told you need appointment. But other Walmart auto centers don’t and found that inconvenient.

Honestly ridiculous. It’s like they don’t know anything. I have had better help at de Zavala location. The short lady with glasses at front had a little attitude and looked like she was lost or knew anything. No knowledge of anything as I waited 2.5 hours for a tire repair that couldn’t be done which was understandable that part. But so unorganized

Had an appt set for 11 on a Friday, and was waiting for an hour when I asked how much longer it would be - since nothing had been done and they were still dealing with the vehicle that was there ahead of me. They then advised that the wheel lock was not in the vehicle. I saw the tech looking at about 11:10 when they pulled the vehicle back. They never advised he could't find it. I assumed it was back there as he stopped looking and went to complete other vehicle. The wheel lock was unfortunately left with my mechanic the day before when I got my brakes done.. HOWEVER the tech at Walmart should have advised they couldn't find the wheel lock when he initially realized it was not in the spot I advised. The young man at the register advised I could come back first thing in the morning at 7. I was not pleased as they had wasted an hour of my day, when I could have left and rescheduled for another day. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Carlos who advised yes they should have advised earlier rather than me waiting for nothing. He then advised for me to come back the next day and he would have someone available between 9-10 for my installation, and he would give me the road warranty and rotation add ons for half off. So I went back the next day and was there at 9, come to find no one new of anything he had advised and I would have to wait for the 2 cars ahead of me. Carlos was not in nor could the manager on duty get ahold of him when he called. So yes I didn't have my wheel lock, however they should have advised me once this was noticed instead of wasting my time. Carlos cannot be trusted to keep his word, nor did the other manger try to rectify the situation. Horrible experience and returned the tires purchases to go with another company for tires.

They lazy and sorry couldn't been my walmart drove all the way from Houston ask them to check my tires of course they saw nothing went right home and they change my tires

Customer service was good but the mechanics are extremely slow .It took over 3 hours to change a 2 tires. Very frustrating that I had an appointment and they wasted all my morning don't take your car here unless you have all all morning or afternoon to watch them stand around and take their time doing slow work.Service: Tires

The manager Xavier is awesome! I came in late and close to closing time with a flat tire and he stayed and so did his team to take care of my tire. Great customer service. Appreciate the service and will return soon to change the rest of my tires.Service: Auto tire replacement

The only reason I upgraded my initial one-star review is that they did not charge me for the mess up they caused. I showed up for a tire appointment, and instead of informing me of issues with my tire sensor monitor, they sent me the only way and told me the light would go off eventually.After speaking with the customer service representative, she informed me the sensor was broken and needed to be replaced, and I would need to schedule another service appointment.I was distraught by this information since it was not conveyed during my initial appointment--it could have saved me both time and money.

Always disappointed. Technicians stand around. The center closes early. Oil changes take 2 hours even when there’s only two vehicles ahead of you. And they only use one bay, limiting how many vehicles can be worked on at one time.

I gave them a one start which in my opinion is more than they deserve. They do not have the tools for checking batteries and will not accept outside testing results which clearly are the same as theirs. I just think that they don’t want to honor the warranty on products and give fee replacements. I hope others have better customer service than what I experienced.
