Disappointed in the outcome of my daughter's cake. I've gotten a cake made with a photo before and it came out good. Not this time. Didn't even try to line up the photo and you can clearly see the line in the cake. Too late to get another one made now.

Went in to place an order for 2 birthday cakes the morning of Thursday November 14 at 9:00am while waiting for my vehicle’s oil to be changed. When I approached the bakery there were two associates there. No greeting or anything was given as I approached the counter. Then as I began to look through the cake book, one of the women walked away and the other went to the back of the kitchen. I proceeded to view the book and said to myself that I would wait 5 more minutes to see if someone would come back and ask if i needed help or how they could assist but no one ever did. Needless to say, after my vehicle service was completed I headed down the street to HEB and received the best customer service and placed my cake orders. As much as I love shopping at the Foster road location, the bakery will never get my business. As consumers we have options, and tolerating rude and/or non-existent customer service is unacceptable.

We buy a car battery on October/2022 and today is the second time we take it to check because is not working it supposed to have guaranteed for 3 year and the excuse is that the battery tester is not working and it's been like that for more than 2 months, the manager is been looking for the tester for a long time and she is not even came back and told my husband that , my husband is been asking the employees how long he needs to wait for her and they don't have and answer, we left the battery because we have things to do , but it's ridiculous that she is been the manager doesn't have answers, so bad costumer services

I needed the Autocare Center due to a tire blow out, and Walmart carried the one I needed. Jayla is one of the main service desk workers. She is so knowledgeable and efficient, I don't know how she keeps up with with how busy it can get some times but she does, and is so pleasant to boot. I appreciate the positive energy Jayla, thanks for your help.

This Walmart is alright, but I want to come on here and give an AMAZING review of Chris from the Autocenter! Legit the best interaction I had in the last 2 years of shopping at this Walmart. Really nice knowledgeable, friendliest dude to literally every customers, coworkers, you name it. This man needs a raise or his picture and name on the wall for some award or something! Thank you for a good interaction while getting an oil change!

DO NOT order online from any Walmart. Again for the third time my order was canceled the day it was supposed to deliver. Walmart could do so much better online if they would tell you from the start the item is not in stock. So now I get to look for another store that is not incompetent.

14 registers and they only have 1 or 2 open. Like wow come on guys! There are never employees when you need them. Then when you find them to ask what you're looking for they can never help you and say I don't know where that is. Very convenient location but if you really want to go grocery shopping defiantly go to the H‑E‑B down the street. You should defiantly only come here for electronics and clothing.

Worst Walmart ever trash every in the parking lot. No cashiers ever! Customer dev always only has one person there. Lines are always so very long too.

This store has the worst customer service that I've ever seen. I had cat food I was bringing back that was full of bugs we sprayed them and they refused to take it back. I called customer service the 800 number and they said they can't do a thing about it, because they have to go along with the store and what kind of a policy is this they were friskies 40 pack. Go to HEB cheaper great service I'm done with Walmart. Update:. Called friskies which is Purina and they took care of the problem for us. Thank you Purina and the heck with you Walmart.

There are usually 3-5 employees working or standing around the entrance chatting. I'm perfectly fine that no one greets me, but do not like having to walk in between their conversation or feeling crowded as I enter the store. There is one gentleman there that does often greet. This isn't the stores fault, but I have noticed that the customers at this location are inconsiderate and will cut you in line.

Just a query; why install one-way aisle arrows, social distancing signs and mandate mask wearing if your staff doesn't follow them or enforce them on customers? Numerous staff without masks walking the wrong way up aisles, as well as customers. 6ft measures not abided by, people crammed up close at checkouts. Social distancing measures are effectively non existent, so just why not quit the pretence your store has measures in place? It's fine, but don't pretend you are doing it, so that those who choose to social distance can go to a store that actually does it. I have seen it down very professionally elsewhere. Last time I shop in your Converse store.

I had a wonderful experience in the electronics section. A young man named Ian the other day helped me to figure out what I needed to connect my iPhone to a printer. He also made other suggestions on a recorder for my car and the benefits of it . Great job Walmart . Usually Walmart workers hurry up and run away from you when you they see you need help or keep talking on their cell phones in the aisle like you interrupting their conversation of gossip. But this young man Ian went over and beyond to assist . And the bathrooms were clean too
