Worse experience ever me and my mom and my syblings were minder our business shopping and from the second we walked in we already had employees watching us for no reason then we came to the toy isle to get stuff and my sister droped some toys and a employee Monica came up to me keep that in mind me a Litarly a 13 year old not my mom me and said they were making a mess and she called security on us and she never even came up to my mom to tell her anything and she called security and was getting on my nerves and I got mad and told her to mind her fucking business and she told us to leave bc I cussed at her and she started calling the cops and she was saying we were steeling when we weren't we were just shopping and her and all the employees were following us around and my grandma said we're not going to leave because we're still shopping and we needed stuff bc we ran out of everything at home so we were getting detergent and they were still following us all the way to the frount when we were about to pay and I was asking for help because I was trying to take something off the self check out thing and she wasent letting the other employee help me and she told my little 6 year old sister that her name was Monica and she needs to repect her she had no business telling her that she don't have to respect her she's not her mom and the other lady was telling me not to talk to her like that but I said she's not my mom and my mom was talking to her too and at the beginning I was trying to be nice but they wouldent leave us alone and ahead was telling my mom that I had bad behavior but she can't tell me how to talk or act she isent my mom or the boss of me she had no business talkinh to me a 13 year old like that so we payed and left and my grandma is making a police report and a officer talked to the lady and she said we were steeling even tho we weren't they can check the cameras we weren't steeling so that's a false accusation and they still followed us after we even picked the toys up too we always come to this Walmart and had no problems before the kids weren't even bad in the store too they have been worse and we had no problems so they were just picking at us for no reason at all 0 stars worst experience ever will not be coming to this Walmart again

I order 4 tires at black Friday prices was told they came in today went to get them please keep in mind I have a installation appointment for this Saturday with the same walmart I went in and they said they never received the tires I asked why I was called and they said that someone signed for the tires but that person doesn't work there so I'm asking whose fault is this they were extremely unhelpful and said they would refund my money but that I would not get the black Friday price if I decided to reorder them I don't know about other people but the way the economy is every little bit helps so I think at the very least they should honor the black Friday price if I decide to reorder

Automotive center is a joke! I was the first one here waiting to be helped the service tech who looked like he was under the influence decided to help the female customer and wen he was done totally ignored me! 3 hours to get a oil change wen they are not even busy! Absolutely lazy no customer service at all! But it's Walmart what do you expect!!

Walmart self check out literally over priced me by about 13 dollars then had to go to customer care to have them fix it. But at first they were trying to tell me well if that's what it rang up that's the price. Had to have them go look and finally admit yes it's an over charge. Don't trust Walmart self Check out!

I was very desperate to find a new pair of jeans. i asked an employee to help me & he was extremely kind to me. he seemed really tired though & told me at one point that he felt dizzy. i told him i could find someone else to help me but he said it was his job & that he would make sure i was satisfied. as this employee is helping me search he starts walking slower & FAINTS. clearly he was overworked and dehydrated & this very much could have been avoided. i am DISGUSTED with how this walmart cares very little for their employees and over works them!! you need to take better care of them. seeing this poor guy like this broke my heart & changes need to be made!!

I scanned this patio umbrella and it scanned at a good price so I grabbed 2. When I reached cashier it was $10.00 more then what it scammed. The cashier tells me that she can not give it to me for the price the walmart.com app scanner was reading. I said can you call a manager so manager comes by I tell her the situation she then scanned with her cell phone received same price as I did then she goes on to say that they can not honor that price because that is an online price. She also said we don't honor rollback either. I said I am supposed to be aware of this rules because " what I work here" I was being a smart a**. She said well i am letting you know now. I said so you are telling me you are not honor the price that is on you're walmart.com app scanner that I used and yourself used as well? She said well we are not supposed too but I can honor one this time are you taking it? Uuhhhh By this time I was pretty upset I then said I need 2 but I guess I will take one now walk out side order one online and spend my gas coming the 2nd time for a curbside pickup. She said ok. No where on the side did it say online price only I have seen that before but not on this one so yes I ordered on line picked it up this morning and got my set. I gave it a 1 star for the walmart.com app scanner and 1 for night manager lack of professionalism. Thank you for taking time to read have a bless day. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY (that's why I needed 2)

zero for this walmart! one out of 10 employees care about their jobs! the rest are there just to be there! and dont try calling this store, especially if you were dying and this was your only option to call.............you would die! even employees joke about it! you know walmart needs to understand anyone is capable of failing or if at the least lose their share in the market! amazon, and other places are there!!!

I had the worst experience today! From Some punk kid named MARCUS. I asked him if he could call someone to come help me pick up my online order. He told me no I had to wait! So I asked another associate if he could call someone for me because this kid didn't want to call anyone for me. He told MARCUS to call someone and he said no she can wait. So I asked him what his name was. He took off his name tag and said I'm not going to tell you. Then asked why I wanted it and I said because I'm going to report you. He refused to give me his name and continued to hide his name tag. I had to ask another associate for it and then went to complain to a manager. I hope something gets done about his behavior

Pablo the manager is nothing but an a**** Making me wait 30 minutes, for his poor management skills and lack of looking me in the eye while I tell him his customer service is zero minus!! I hope you have a great day once everyone sees and reads this post and mentions it to you!!

Very good selection of bread as long as you catch them when there are employees there! Sadly that isn't as often as it should be in my opinion but we really have no control there. The glazed donuts are pretty good but I find myself liking the HEB brand donuts pretty much any day compared to these

Buyer beware if you're purchasing electronics. I got totally screwed today by this location. I purchased a TV, new in the box. When I brought it home and opened the box, the TV inside was broken, missing pieces and covered in weird sticky stuff on the front, the LCD panel was broken badly. It had no power cord, no remote, and missing pieces of the TV stand. Dust build up on the screw holes indicated it had been used or was our as a display for a substantial amount of time. I understand crazy things happen, so I wasn't even upset. I brought it back to the store, about 30 minutes after the purchase. After waiting for 45 minutes watching the confused employees try to help (they were courtious and helpful) the manager comes into the picture. She tells me they can't take it because the serial sticker had been tampered with, which I had already noted to them. She went on to accuse me of swapping out the TV, and was completely disrespectful and irritated. So not only am I out the several hundred I spent, she put me on the spot in front of a large amount of employees and customers. Never buy large boxed here under any circumstances, you're better off giving the money to charity at this point. Now I'm just waiting on corporate...
