Waited 51 minutes at the bakery counter today and called multiple times and no one amswered or came over. I spoke to operaror and verified that it was still open. She even paged them over the intercom and no one showed up

Do not go there for an oil change! They were very nice but neglected to tell us that they only had to employees actually working on vehicles and that our 1 and a half hour estimated wait time would turn into 4 freaking hours!! They put tire changes ahead of us on top of that. We had our 3 kids with and would have gladly come back another day had we known the truth of how behind they really were. 4 hours of spring break with our kids gone forever

This Walmart lies, how are you gonna say it will be 1 hr to fix a flat tire and then it's nearly 2.5 hrs later. Then when you ask they throw each other under the bus. Like no carol get it together you said 1 hr if you don't know tell me that, say ma'am I'm not sure how long cause there's x amount of cars ahead of you.

Very rude lady she could not even understand my language and was very rude she has no idea what customer service is she completely ruined my daughter's birthday cake all i needed was her name and she made it so difficult definitely never coming here for a cake ever again!!!!!! By the way my daughters name was never placed on the cake due to her Walking off rude!!!!!

Horrible customer service. My husband was attended by Stephanie the assistant manager of the body shop. She handled the situation in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. He brought in the battery, that still has warranty, but she refused to switch it out for a new one. Rather she smirked and embarrassed him in front of other customers by basically saying he would have to return home with the broken car battery. I have used this auto shop for years while in college but I guess with new ASSISTANT management, things have changed. I will never return for service here and I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone. I'd personally rather pay over $100 for a new battery than to ever be handled by Stephanie.

Seriously, it November 3rd and they had a live Santa Claus already! That's just unacceptable. There was a Santa workshop with toys set up for the kids to play with. I asked him where the sweet baby Jesus workshop was and he just looked at me with confused eyes.

Absolute worst experience of my life tonight! I wait in the self check out line 20 minutes for another cashier to tell everyone else behind me to go to her line because self checkout is closing. The couple in front of me and myself continue to finish in the self check out line since obviously your cashier does not know how to get next in line. At 730am, only one register was open, handed the cashier my two grocery bags (one for frozen) and put frozen out of basket first, once basket emptied, I noticed the cashier had put frozen in regular bag instead of frozen. Asked if he were new and he said no, asked if he noticed he put frozen in wrong bag and when I asked if he could Re bag, he ignored me. Complained to supervisor who did nothing. Very poor customer service
