If you don't like your job, get a new one. Super rude and unprofessional. It's funny that the more the problem is walmarts fault, the more rude they are. A customer should never be left on hold for over 10 minutes with no check-ins to assure I wasn't forgotten about. And your tone, atrocious. But then again, this pharmacists assistant is still a walmart employee so you can't expect much. It's exactly what I would expect from walmart...not much. To be fair, some pharmacy techs I've dealt with have been amazing and quick yet pleasant. Not this girl. Unfortunately I didn't get her name because she didn't say it and can make 15 words sound like 1.

I’ve been to the location on military and hunt lane and the culebra and always had problems this location is the best they are very nice they go out their way to help you out with your prescriptions and always call you back to find a source.

Worker at self check out line was rude. Try calling store number to make a complaint and no one never answers. I called several times during the day and it the past for other questions and no one on at least 3 departments don't answer the phone at all. Frustrating, will shop locally at HEB from now on.

This Walmart is convenient but doesn't always have the things I need. Sometimes it can be overly packed but what Walmart isn't! I come to this Walmart if I necessarily have too but it's not my favorite.

Don't get here before 10am if you need to try on any clothing items. Apparently customers have to come in when the "dedicated" employee comes in because no one else is allowed to open a dressing room for customers. Just as an FYI, I was in the store at 9:30 not like I came in at 6am! Very disappointing that customers have to adhere to an employee's hours! Unheard of!

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR!!!! This Walmart sucks! The managers there are no way shape or form fit to be a manager. Especially Angela, she is the worst manager the store can have.

Pharmacy let the phone ring for 20 minutes until they closed!!! Now I have to suffer until WHAT MONDAY? I hate y'all. So ignorant. So unprofessional. So INCONSIDERATE. I HATE WALMART but unfortunately this is the only place my prescription can be filled.

The manager literally told me I couldn't buy and item in electronics because she didn't want to open it. Now if I went to another Walmart they would allow me to enter the electronics area. It was the little short Hispanic lady with dirty blonde hair with the meat ball for a mole on her face,she was upset probably because she was at work on New Years; but that is a bad way to start a new year horrible management,you should never tell a customer they can't buy something that's madness and she's out of line for that an I'm going to make a report at what happened at 3:28 am 1/1/2020 inside of Walmart on west military and 410 in San Antonio Texas

Says they close at 6. And I asked a manager the day before Christmas Eve and she said they are open til 6pm. Ya know, just Incase you forgot to get something for the big day. People get here at 5:45 and they are yelling at people saying they are closed. So yea, that’s this Walmart.

Horrible service here, literally couldn't get some good customer service from anybody and to top it off the lady who was helping me was on the phone with her daughter and talking to another employee. I have waited over 30 minutes for nothing to be solved. I hate complaining but this deserves my complaint, please stray away from here if you need assistance. Only come to get what you need and leave
