Not only is Walmart creating self checkouts so they can put you to work, they aren't even able to keep bags in the store,. Customer service manager not 8 feet away, chatting with other employees, not trying to help get bags to open self checkout lanes. This is just typical.

Not well stocked or restocked. Been looking for the same item twice a week for 2 months. Hotwheels colorshift for my son's upcoming birthday. They have been sold out. Many of the racks in the toy isle are empty. Thus isnt a hot new item or anything; they have been around for years. I think they just arent refilling stock from the back often. The kids inflatable balls in the back were ALL covered in black sticky grime today. What is going on here? Unfortunately, this is the walmart im closest too.

Walmart definitely needs to hire more people at this location. Every time I go, there's always 1 lane open with an available cashier. Besides that, it's just self checkout that's open which is fine but not when you have a grocery cart full of groceries. I feel like the store just doesn't want to have more employees to pay which makes no sense since Walmart is a big store. Tried buying something from the electronics section not too long ago and it took 20 minutes for an employee to get there. Walked around half the store to even find an employee for them to just tell me they would let somebody know. They called for an employee 3 times through intercom but nobody would come. I rather drive 15 minutes to a different Walmart even though this is the closest location to my home.

THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. For nearly a month I have complained to managers that there are NO WORKING SOAP DISPENSERS IN THE WOMEN'S bathroom! Two female employees told me the soap dispensers have been broken for a month earlier!!!! THAT'S putting the public at risk!! That means every woman and child who has used that bathroom hasn't been able to properly was their hands. Those dirty hands covered in E. coli and lord know what was able to shop and touch all over the products including THE GROCERIES available for sale. Managers have been asked repeatedly to fix it and never do. Apparently public health concerns aren't a priority here. I will never shop here again. This is a very unhygienic business practice.

Customer service is terrible. I called to see if they had something in stock (because I don't want to drive 30 minutes just to find out they don't), they transferred me to the wrong department multiple times. When I was finally with the right department, they put me on hold while they went to check if it was in stock, and then they hung up on me, while I was on hold. I called back and the same thing happened, but they hung up much quicker. Happened multiple times. Very frustrating, extremely unsatisfied.

Perfect place for a quick stop to get some groceries. Parking is always packed but it's to be expected. Multiple self-checkout line and the clerk is quick to respond with any self-checkout issues, which is much appreciated. All in all always a good experience since I've moved here to San Antonio. Note: just make sure to check expiration dates on baked goods. Earlier expiration dates are always in the front smh

I went on Sunday if last week k close to closing and the lady working state that she did not have the oil I use, do I asked her how do she know which one I use since I just pull up , then she had a gentleman come and pop my hood then tell me that they are out of oil. I just think it was too close to closing and they did not want to change my oil. Do I go back on Friday and they pop the hood this time and state they have the oil but it not enough for a oil change. I responded if Quaker state 5w20 is in such demand why don't you order more. They said to make a commplain manger is not going to do anything so I left. Went to Walmart on fm 78 but don't have automotive department for oil change. So I decided to go early on my way to church on Sunday morning and they had the oil but Saturday they didn't have enough.

My friend and I went to this Walmart to buy balloons for our friend's birthday. When we walked to the party supplies area, there was a big sign that read in part "Get your balloons blown up at Customer Service". We picked out the balloons to purchase and went to customer service. They told us no, they don't do that anymore (blow up the balloons with Helium) and to take the balloons to Dollar Tree, in the same shopping center, and they will do it for us. So we got in the car and drove to the other side of the shopping center. As soon as we walked into the store, a Dollar Tree associate saw my friend holding the balloons & said "No we don't inflate outside balloons." When I had mentioned that Walmart Customer Service told us that they (Dollar Tree) can do it for us, the Dollar Tree employee rebutted "Well, I don't know why they would say that". I told her that perhaps they should contact Walmart to let them know that they don't do that service, and hopefully prevent other people from wasting their time, and she told us that they have communicated with Walmart about this issue before, and when we walked out, my friend heard the associate reminding another worker that they need to contact Walmart again. Luckily we were able to find a location (Dollar General) that can do the balloons for us but this wasted our time running around and we got to our friend's party later than we had attended. Can this location take down that sign in the party supplies OR put a note in the balloon area about how they don't do the service anymore because Walmart is basically wasting people's time & money.

Everytime I get here I remember why I don't come here!! There is never a cashier!! The self check out is so busy that that one cashier has to help everyone and it takes forever for her to come and help you!! I can't stand Walmart!! Where is my HEB!! And why the hell do I have to show the lady at the door my receipt, I don't know where it is buried in my purse now and will not be found!!
