I was getting ready for self checkout with my mother, after I scanned all my items I called an associate to ask her a question and she told us to wait after 4 min of waiting then she was being so rude and disrespectful giving us an answer I just asked if I could pay with my phone and instead of helping us or giving us any advise she just walked off not saying anything we had to figure it out by ourselves and as were leaving she was just talking and playing with the security guard. Discusting customer care service.

Walmart has the worst customer service desk. I have been trying for days calling Walmart and it rings over 20 times and no one answers I am trying to get hold of garden shop and there is no option for it. Better just go home person even if it is a useless trip for what I am looking for

To Laura the vision manager.. thank you for your act of service today.. I’m a mom of 2.. today my 4month old and i went in Walmart to get his medicine for his diaper rash, my son was screaming in pain throughout the store bc of his tummy/diaper rash. After purchasing medicine for him i rushed to the restroom to change his diaper.all while he still crying and screaming Laura saved me, she helped my son and i get through the diaper change together. If it weren’t for her I’d probably still be struggling in the restroom trying to clean him up. Thank you so much Laura, i truly believe you were placed at the right time for me 😭❤️
